Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Hoa Binh

The place was great, super clean, good AC, nice rooftop, washing machine, nice entrance hall, the bed was comfy. I would repeat this experience.

Thao and her team at UrHome was very very helpful, very kind, very sweet and very welcoming! They are a team of about 5 young adults who aspire to allow guests feel at home while staying at their place. It is like a mini hotel, where there are about 8 rooms and the management themselves stay in the place itself so help was just around, any time. Right from the beginning, Thao was very helpful and informative. She was very generous with her recommendations and she was very prompt in her sweet replies. Upon arrival, we were led into the room as pictured, which was very clean and cosy. 5 minutes after arrival, Thao visited us with a new refrigerator! Hahaha, super cheerful and adorable! During one of the night, my friend and I got a little hungry so we wanted to head down to get some food. However, the staff at the reception invited us up to the 7th level instead, where the kitchen was. There, we talked to the main boss, Khoa and the 2 staff. We were invited to try the rice field snails and they also prepared some corn for us! It was a great experience communicating and bonding with them! The staff at UrHome are a great bunch of people. A group of young adults with a dream in mind and a goal they all work together towards - they are very inspiring and very respectable. Although there was a slight communication barrier due to the language differences, it was fun nonetheless, trying to get to know these lovely people. Thank you Khoa, Thao, Thanh and the two other young gentlemen! We will definitely stay in your place if we visit Vietnam again! Nice modern place on a quiet lane within walking distance of the opera house and old town. Well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Coffee, tea, water and beer was available too which was great since I arrived quite late. Laundry facilities are always appreciated too. I would stay here again.

Mooi ruim appartement. Fijne douche. Fijn contact met de host. In een gedeelte van Hanoi waar het iets rustiger is dan in Old Quater. Prijs- kwaliteit is erg goed!

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento, muy limpio ordenado , lo único que falto en la cocina fueron cucharas para comer comer, pero son detalles que se pueden solucionar , la lavadora y secadora muy útiles !! Están en unos pisos más arriba pero se agradece muchísimo que tengan en el edificio . Lo otro, la cerradura electrónica de entrada es realmente MUY complicada , muchas veces tuve que esperar porque se había bloqueado por mis intentos erróneos de poner la clave (porque de verdad es muy complicado) me imagino que para personas muy mayores puede ser una molestia y problema , en general todo lindo, limpio , y el anfitrión muy cordial y atento
