The big bed and mattress (160x200) is custom-designed by a supplier of major hoteliers. The windows in the apartment have triple glazing so the apartment is pretty quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom there is a modern clean shower. Easy self-checkin at any convenient time of the day after 14:00, the keys are in the lockbox by the entrance to the house.

The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is a kitchen in our area, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to a brazier, a street gazebo dining room. There are 3 houses on site. Pets welcome.

Celebrated Ms Svetlana with her birthday and it was the best birthday ever! Nature, an authentic tidy place, a lot of interesting little things in the place, everything is clean and pleasant, it was even possible to ride bicycles in the village! Nearby there is a river, a lake, in the yard on the pillar there is a stork. If you are looking for a place where you will be connected to nature, in peace and quiet - this is it! Incredible place close to Kiev. Very tidy, cozy and friendly. The only thing I would improve is the fence on the property - each side of the fence is poorly secured at the bottom, which allows small active dogs to climb out of the territory. But I'm sure this problem is solved easily as it can be seen that the owners are taking care of the house and improving it. We'll come again!

Great place! Very welcoming host, quick to respond. The house is in a pine forest, next to the Kiev Sea. Extremely nice and clean area to retire with nature and get away from the city. The house is very cozy, with charming furniture and decor, clean and with everything you need. Separate enjoyment is the garden near the house, the ability to spray the fire, the barbecue area. This is the perfect place to relax, highly recommend
