Private guest area on the beautiful island of Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with a bunk bed, 120 and 90 cm wide sleeping places as well as a kitchenette. A toilet with sink and a separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Sheets and towels are not included.

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Charming house in central Malmö

Charming street house/semi-detached house in central Malmö. Two bedrooms with two beds in each room, associated smaller kitchen and two bathrooms. The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Walking distance to Möllan's marketplace, several grocery stores as well as restaurants, parks, playgrounds as well as trains and buses. Warm welcome!

Guest house in the countryside

Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our magnificent eighty-year-old Chinese sequoia tree. In the countryside but close to the city. Ten km to central Malmö and two km to the nearest shopping center with a large grocery store, many shops, shopping and fast food restaurants. The bus stop to Malmö is a ten-minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Welcome to stay in our beautiful garden cottage. The cottage is located in Sibbarp, a beautiful part of Limhamn with walking distance to the sea and green area. There is a cozy nightlife and close to grocery stores. Smooth connections to central Malmö but also to Hyllie and Copenhagen. The detached cottage of about 20m2 is located in our garden with its own entrance and patio. 24-hour free parking is available on the street in front of the cottage.

Cozy cottage in Ljunghusen, with a 3-minute walk you can easily get down to one of Sweden's best sandy beaches. Here you also have proximity to tennis, paddle tennis and golf facilities. Only 25 minutes to Copenhagen and Malmö airport and 20 minutes to Malmö City. If you are down for the Falsterbo Horse Show, it only takes 10 minutes by car to get there. Close to the cottage, you will find lovely restaurants with lake views that are very popular.
