I’ve stayed at this spot in Boca Chica several times and it’s always my go-to when I’m in town. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the beach, super secure, and everything you need is right around the corner. What makes it even easier is that you literally can’t get lost—everyone knows the name of the shop downstairs, so whether you’re catching a motoconcho or walking back late, you’ll always find your way. Great vibes, great access, and I’ll definitely be back again.

can't say enough great things about the villa. we had an absolutely wonderful time! I was able to relax and our kids had plenty of things to do. the house is beautiful and our house manger was incredibly responsive. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and town center is a short drive. I would highly recommend Casa Coco. thank you for the wonderful time!

Esta propiedad fue simplemente perfecta! Desde las atenciones y cuidado de la Sra Bernardita antes de llegar, la amabilidad del Sr. Joselo y su constante disposicion para hacer de nuestra estadía especial. El clima PERFECTO para disfrutar de la chimenea, un cafe con vista a las verdes montañas, privacidad, paz, tranquilidad, leer un libro escuchando el sonido del viento y una comodidad extrema. Definitivamente volveremos!

Lo pasamos de maravilla con nuestras familias en el día de la Boda y en el día siguiente. Disfrutamos de la piscina de la mesa de Billard y de la mesa de dominó. Y aprovechamos que hay una cocina completamente equipada

Las fotos no le hacen honor a la villa, es preciosa, cómoda y acogedora. Mi familia disfrutó bastante. Ramón un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y respetuoso. Volveré a repetir . Nos vemos pronto.

I can’t thank Molly enough for the local recommendations! The place was beyond beautiful and had everything we needed. The best part was the helpful book in English and Spanish! It was filled with local things and tourist things to do! I highly reccomend booking with Molly if it’s your first time in jarabaccoa! Elfriedo is the caretaker and can make your stay as comfortable as you need! He is a great fire builder and ensures that your stay is seamless! Again if you are thinking of going to jarabaccoa and want an amazing stay, stay with Molly and she can assist with all your travel needs! 10 out of 10!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

the best ever nice 3 bedrooms with a pool ,Jack was on point with everything ,he was available to take my call at any time ,my next visit to sosua and the surrounding areas will most definitely be in the residencial Hispaniola

Muy organizado, limpio, con las comodidades necesarias para estadías cortas, es igual como en las fotos, anfitriones muy amables, el único pero son los insectos por las noches, pero con la luz prendida no se acercan tanto.. utilizar mucho repelente y espirales para espantar a los mosquitos, solo eso.. experiencia agradable.

We were at one with nature in this peaceful oasis! We stayed here with our rambunctious 3 year old; we knew it would be a little risky due to accessibility to the pool, stairs, etc but it turned out great! Really enjoyed the (incredible!!) view, pool, the beautiful gardens, the wildlife. We also liked the area, we really got a sense of the real DR. The place was perfect for a short stay! The kitchen had the basics, but imo not enough for a longer stay. The highlight was the little cat, my son had lots of fun giving it water and cuddling it. Lots of ants/wasps/mosquitos here, if you don’t like creepy crawlers, this place might not be suitable! The place was as described, clean and the staff on site were great (daniel and anulfo). We managed to get up the hill in a tiny Kia Picante, but as others suggested, its a very steep, rocky road; an SUV would have been best but it was still do-able in our car with extreme caution! We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Airbnb in Santiago! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—modern amenities, cozy bedding, and a fantastic location that made exploring the vibrant city a breeze. The neighborhood was lively yet safe, with local eateries and cultural gems just a short drive away. I loved the thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee and helpful tips about Santiago’s hidden spots. This was hands-down one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

Great place! Our favorite part was the pool - at night we would turn on the heat to enjoy a dip after dinner, streaming music to the Sonos speakers. Giselle was an amazing cook, and helped us with breakfasts and dinners. She also did laundry every day, which was helpful. Lovely view from the patio with a high level of privacy. Favorite spot for morning coffee. We would not hesitate to return.

Per-fect holidays! The house is amazing, really beautiful, we felt at home immediately. The location is great, the beach, restaurants, shops are just 10 mn away (walking) and the neighborhood is both quiet and safe. Being woken by singing birds (as we chose to sleep with your windows open) was just an unforgettable experience! Riin loves to share tips about the best places to do any thing and the communication with her and her cousin was both fast, friendly and thorough. Thank you Riin!!!
