Exceptional accommodation both for the beauty of the apartment and the quality of its location. The many appliances (washing machine, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, diverse dishes), made our stay very pleasant. In addition, the proximity to the historic center, the supermarket and the beaches also contributed to unforgettable moments. Thank you!

Great two bedroom apartment with kitchen and great view of the water from the 14th floor. (Note there are two Hemingway towers right in front but you still get great views of the ocean and waves) Large place, nice beds and 2.5 bathrooms are excellent Will definitely consider staying here again if we come back for a weekend in Juan Dolio!

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

Pedro and his wife, Millie were fantastic hosts. They were very communicative overall, recommended us great spots, were very welcoming and friendly and we were very happy and appreciate of our time there!

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

It was PERFECT! If you and the boys want to have a great getaway this is 1000% the ideal spot everything was as it looked in the pictures the host and guide Louis was amazing anything we needed he accommodated! LOVED IT! Will definitely be back next year!

A Slice of Paradise – A Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. This private villa exceeded all expectations, offering absolute tranquillity. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. The outdoor area has a nice garden, serene pool, and cozy seating areas created the perfect setting to unwind. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or sipping a sunset cocktail, every moment felt like pure bliss. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, mak. On top of that, the hosts, Maruscha and Miguel, were incredibly attentive and ensured we had all the details for a seamless stay. She even recommended an excellent taxi driver, along with fantastic excursion options that made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We can't wait to return!

We often go to Las Terrenas and we always rent different air bnb’s. However I will say we will def coming back to this one! The staff was amazing, the chef cooked wonderful meals for us.

I always book at Hilltop Condos. It’s close to all of the main attractions in Sosua.

i give him 5 stars because of the location and the beach so was closed by . i had a great time in punta cana. i would definitely recommend this palace to anyone traveling to punta cana . im going back in a few months, i will definitely book with him again . thanks Destine

This accommodation is beautiful, it has a privileged location, it is very large and comfortable, the pool is a dream and the beach is beautiful although it has a few stones when entering

Being able to see the sunrise right from the master bedroom was amazing. The views from this place are incredible. Lea was very responsive and provided us with a number of suggestions that made our stay even better. We will definitely visit again.

Very happy. It was my first solo retreat in five years, and it was everything I hoped for: quiet, safe, a little place in the paradise. An experience I'll repeat. Just what I was looking for: a beautiful place, nearby beach, spectacular sunrises, restaurants nearby, family atmosphere, peace, silence... super satisfied.

We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.

We've stayed in several apartments at Playa Bonita Beach Residences. Toni and Sylvie are definitely the best hosts we've had. I do feel the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, and to let you know the main bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but the shower is a bit of an issue as water does spill out a fair amount. Everything else was perfect and we had a great stay steps from the beach.
