The structure with beams and columns in wood, with its natural and wild grain, is a respectful way merges with the environment to have the same essence. Use the path to discover the entire property on foot. Visiting the project in an all-terrain or four-wheel drive vehicle is advisable. If any visitor arrives in a vehicle without traction, the project has parking with 24/7 security. Transportation services to and from Santo Domingo and Santiago on Caribe Tour buses are available until 4:00 PM. Taxi services are also available. Walk to the Beach from a Family-Friendly Home with a Pool

Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The host went above and beyond our expectations. The welcome basket along with drinks and all the needed staples were wonderful after a long day of travel with no time for groceries. The home was perfectly located within 2 minute golf card ride to the beach club, 10 minutes to the marina and in close proximity to world class golf and horse back riding. The staff was spectacular. Dominga and Fannie were wonderful and made the best breakfast and kept the house immaculate. Julio the groundskeeper did a great job. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful balcony and pools, well equipped kitchen. We were spoiled and it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Puerto Plata! The space was not only comfortable but also tastefully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the spectacular view—waking up to a direct view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking. On my first night, I slept with the windows open to enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean breeze. Unfortunately, the mosquitos made that difficult, but that’s just nature and in no way a negative reflection on the apartment itself. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. As for dining, I really enjoyed the Dominican food—it was delicious! However, I do not recommend the Italian restaurant Amici. I ordered the lasagna, and my boyfriend had the chicken Parmesan, but they used American cheese instead of mozzarella, which was very disappointing. Exceptional. Dmitrys listing was as advertised, very enjoyable. My family and I had an awesome time. The house is 3 minutes walk to the beach, shared pool, and the beach club restaurant. Sea horse ranch is very beautiful and with multiple beach’s on site, and a park right next to the area, the beach was private And endless. Additionally, the town of sosua was very nice, It had all the essentials and was also a lot of fun. My family and I had the perfect vacation, thanks Dmitry, Rosa, Juliana, and Tatiana!
