Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Cozy summerhouse in Bratten beach for nature lovers and families close to the lovely beach in Bratten. The house is close to the grocery store/grill and the fishing village Strandby, where there is also the lovely marina. At the port it is possible to buy fresh fish or eat at the local Bistro Mimis Possibility for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as well as 1 child in guest bed. Large bathroom with heated floors. Heat pump was just installed. The roof of the vacation home has just been painted.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
