This is the most beautiful homestay I have ever stayed in. The environment is beautiful and the interior decoration is very distinctive. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows surround the small living room in the house. You can drink red wine every day and enjoy the beautiful mountain and water views outside the window. The reflections on the lake are like an enchanting landscape painting!This is a very healing and comfortable modern cottage, and taking a walk by the lake is another kind of enjoyment. The owner is very friendly and helpful! If I come to Switzerland again, this is the B&B I will definitely choose👍

We had a great time at Stefanie's, the location was great, the views were amazing and we were lucky with the weather. The chalet itself was spacious for 6 peoples, very clean and we found everything we needed. We really liked the Faerber family who took care of the check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend Stefanie's place for a short stay as it offers stunning views in both summer and winter and skiing and sledging in winter. Really great stay, spacious apartment , perfect for two couples with 2 bathrooms. lots of facilities and utensils for cooking. location is great as close to the train station with easy access to the surrounding areas and would be even better in peak season when the train from alpanchstad is running direct to Pilatus.

Where do I begin? Alena (host) was amazing from the second I booked this chalet all the way through checkout, and our trip home. I have stayed in many Air BnB's, and Alena was the best host I could ask for. Before we even checked in Alena had given me recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and had covered any detail I could have needed. During our stay she checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves (even though she was on vacation herself!!!) The chalet is even more beautiful in person, the chalet is surrounded by the Swiss Alps, and the scenery is like nothing I have seen before. Inside the chalet was almost as beautiful as the Alps outside, (no offense Alena ;) The woodwork inside the chalet is stunning along with the other beautiful decor. My family and I began our trip in Paris, and finished at this chalet. It was a long exhausting trip, and seeing the Alps had been on my bucket list for 40 years. This stay was a true dream come true. We felt comfortable immediately. Marcel provided us with information before the trip and was always available to answer questions during the stay. He is really a good, friendly and straightforward host. The apartment is as described very nice and quiet and offers a great view of the mountains. Oberiberg is a friendly, rather familiar place with some typical Swiss inns. In winter, the area also offers sufficient leisure activities for non-skiers like us. We had a very nice vacation and didn't miss anything.

The apartment is very pretty and offers a beautiful view of the Black Forest. The starry sky is great. We had very nice Easter days there and did a lot of hiking. You can start directly from the house, there are many different tours. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very nicely located courtyard slightly above Lyss with direct forest and hiking trail end. Otherwise, a lot of peace and quiet , as you do not hear the highway or road. The room is right next to the entrance, which certainly offers less privacy than we were allowed to enjoy with other occupations of the other rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and described. There are hints and instructions everywhere so that you can find your way around. Many thanks to Larissa & Damian

The uncomplicated and very friendly Aline welcomed me, showed me everything briefly. A beautiful studio with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, simple kitchen but with everything you need. Great garden with pond; very private & on its own without disturbances from the outside. Large closet as storage space, easy access incl. Parking. All in all a highly recommended stay with Aline. Vicki is very friendly and good. He speaks many languages so it is not difficult to communicate. In winter you will find the apartment a little cold for Italian canons, so we recommend turning on the towel warmer in the bathroom and you will be better. They would have used extra towels, we could ask, but we didn't want to bother you. One is not enough. The microwave is missing to heat the dishes, but everything you need is provided. In case you have your pots, remember that the stove is induction, so not all pots are fine, for example the mocha from home. Otherwise, Vicki provides an electric heater to increase comfort. The whole area has just been built, the houses are brand new, so some things have not ended up in the apartment, but this does not prevent you from enjoying a great stay. Quiet, quiet area, no noise, polite neighbors, everything clean. The bed is French, my mom had a great time.

An absolutely stunning house with wonderful hosts! 🌟 Our stay here was simply fantastic – from the warm and effortless communication to the perfect location on the edge of a charming village. Right outside the door, you’ll find beautiful walking trails and open fields, while major cities like Mulhouse, Basel, Colmar, and Freiburg, as well as the Vosges mountains, are all easily accessible. The house itself is a dream – architecturally impressive yet incredibly cozy and spacious. We especially loved the generously designed kitchen, which is perfect for cooking and gathering. Families will find this place ideal: the abundance of toys, the fantastic outdoor area with a pool, and the perfectly sized whirlpool make it an absolute highlight. Everything is high-quality, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. A truly perfect stay – we would come back anytime! 😊

It's all as described. When we arrived, the key handover was completely problem-free with a key safe. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Everything you need for a trouble-free comfortable stay is available. I would like to classify the contact with the landlord Christoph as uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. It was also pleasant for us that you could park right in front of the house. Shopping (Edeka, etc.) is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. All in all, a nice stay. Friends and acquaintances who want to explore the Schaffhausen region and surroundings in Switzerland but do not want to pay Swiss prices, I would recommend the apartment. Kind regards to Christoph
