Thanks for your hospitality I love camping, so I used the fireplace for the first time, and the tension went up. (laughs) It is a quiet environment, and I am very satisfied with the blissful time of sake while watching the fire in the fire of one person. Also, due to the warm days that lasted late this year, I was able to take a lot of photos at the best time for autumn leaves. We stayed at Miki's house for 7 days. The house was truly wonderful for our family of 6. Miki was quick to respond to all of our questions and with recommendations. The house reminded me of my mother's house when she grew up in Japan. The style of the house is a traditional Japanese house with modern updates go the bathrooms, bedrooms, air conditioners, etc. We absolutely loved our stay here. The only downside of staying in Iwakuni is it's outside of the range for Uber, Didi, etc, so you'll need to call to make reservations ahead for a taxi. If you have more than 4 people in your group, you'll need to call a day or 2 before to reserve a jumbo taxi. For us, Iwakuni was a wonderful place for us to stay and easy to get to Hiroshima in approx. 45 minutes to an hour. I cannot say enough how lovely Miki's house is. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Japan. Thank you for your hospitality, Miki! This was a trip we will always remember!!

Hazuki san‘s accomodation is very beautiful and offers everything you need, when you want to visit Hiroshima. The staff is very nice and friendly and the atmosphere with them and through them is very comfortable. The kitchen is (as far as I am capable of grading that) very well equipped, but there are soooo many nice cafés and restaurants near by that you might prefer to check them out during your stay anyways. I especially enjoyed the design choices when it comes to the interior! There was even Christmas decoration! You really should spent your time in Hiroshima at the Evergreen Hostel💚 Thank you soooo much and have a nice winter/christmas time!

Traditional house with lots of charm. You are welcomed by the entire family who are very kind and fun. The family is very attentive with you: - we did the cooking together, they taught me how to make a chirachi - they prepared me an onsen on site - guide local activities as well as advise on places to visit in Japan. Don't hesitate to come to their home and test the ice cream shop just downstairs:). A wonderful time.

Mitsuharu-san was extremely kind and welcoming. He picked me up and dropped me off at the train station, we had dinner together both nights and he cooked for me around his living room firepit, and we shared stories and cups of sake into the night. What a legend.
