Awesome Experience! Dan was a gracious host. You will need 4WD to get to the cabin with no problem or they have quest parking and you can hike. plenty of little towns to visit and things to do. The cabin is equipped with all the extras, including games. books and snacks. hot shower and electric. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed a couple of more days. Nice fire pit and a barbecue grill with solar lights at night. Dan brought us extra wood for the fire pit. You will not be disappointed staying at this cabin!

Big Stone Gap was the perfect location as we visited the area state parks: Natural Tunnel, Clinch River, Grayson Highlands and Southwest Museum. We truly enjoyed Turkey Cottage and Diana’s hospitality. We took advantage of the kitchen to cook several meals and loved how thoughtfully stocked and decorated the place was. Would love to come back to the area to visit other local natural wonders and rest here in between enjoying the porch swing and mountain views.

Very pleased with our stay. The children loved it and had a blast! We caught a big blue catfish, several bluegill and a bass. The pond was definitely a Huge bonus eith the cabin. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

Just as described. Beautiful inside and plenty of parking. Came in for a family reunion and was just up the road from my family cemetery, pleasant surprise. Very peaceful and easy to find. Host was very responsive and very accommodating. I would book again.

This was a cute cozy house with a newly renovated bathroom. Nice ceramic flooring in the bath. Beds were comfortable. The fire alarm bracket was in the living room, but there was not a smoke detector. We really enjoyed the place. However, the kitchen sink and the shower shelf were not clean.
