Huvila sijaitsee keskellä Himosta, kävellen pääsee Rinteisiin, golfkentälle, kaupalle, Himos Areenalle, Festarialueelle ja Huvikeskus Williin Länteen. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Lomahuoneisto Päijänteen ranta

Voit nauttia luonnon äänistä majoittuessasi tämän ainutlaatuisen kohteen isoilla terasseilla rannassa, johon aurinko paistaa koko päivän aamusta iltaan. Lomahuoneisto sijaitsee kirkasvetisen ja juotavan puhtaan Päijänteen rannassa. Käytössäsi on kaikki kesämökkien mukavuudet aina ilmastoinnista saunaan. Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay.
