Safe and easy staircase. Sauna and a roomy shower room. Kitchen with needed equipment and a good size dining table. Spacious sofa group for socializing, TV etc. Lake and lots of activities close by.

Huom: Poreallas sisältyy hintaan! Huvila sijaitsee Patalahden rannalla Himoksella, Nuppulanrannan mökkialueella. Huvilalla on oma ranta. Keskeisen sijainnin ansioista pääset rauhalliselta Patalahdelta muutamassa minuutissa laskettelemaan talvisin kuin golfaamaan kesäisin, tai vaikka Himos Areenan tapahtumiin. Huvila on kaksi kerroksinen - alakerrassa 110m2 ja parvella 40m2. Himos Villa Nuppula sopii mainiosti perheille, kaveriporukoille, polttareihin tai vaikka viretapahtumien järjestämiseen

Villa at the lake shore in Himos up to 11 persons

A-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Relaxation and peace in the middle of nature in a brand-new high-class villa. Villa Vintturi is a log villa by the lake Päijänne in Sysmä, Finland. Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Rowing boat is included to the rent.

Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Mökki Jämsä, Päijänteen rannalla

Tervetuloa rentouttavalle lomalle perheen tai ystävien kanssa Päijänteen rannalle. Sopii myös tukikohdaksi veneilijöille, laituriin saa veneen kiinni, max 6m. Mökki sijaitsee rinteessä, josta polku ja portaita rantasaunalle, joten ei sovellu hyvin liikuntarajoitteisille. Mökissä on lasikuisti, jossa voi vaikka ruokailla sadekelillä. Terassilla kaasugrilli. Mökissä on sähkölämmitys sekä ilmalämpöpumppu. Rantasauna ja hiekkaranta, laiturin päässä ranta syvenee nopeasti.

Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
