Well equipped charming guest suite with a private entrance on the ground level with pool access. Conveniently located to many locale attractions. Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.

Completely furnished 1 bdrm in suburbs!

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.

Great place to stay! Mazzeo is a great host. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and featured a key pad lock to the front door and a second dead bolt lock inside, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The projector screen in the living room is perfect for movies, and Mazzeo does allow guest usage of his subscriptions! The apartment is in a nice suburb outside of center city Rochester with off street parking. Definitely recommend! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s! You could not be closer to the lake, beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a little cool to use the kayaks, but we did use the corn hole. Having the extra fenced-in side yard with the fire pit was great. It would make a great space for young children to safely roam. It is a wonderful getaway for some peace and quiet. The house was well supplied with all we needed in the kitchen, etc. Great water pressure, always a bonus! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Very quiet location, but with a small private beach and historic Lighthouse just in the neighborhood. She provided an Empire State Parks Pass, and Hamlin Beach State Park just 10 miles away, lots of fun. Good beach, picnic areas, paved walking trail along the shore throughout the long park. Two small towns, Hilton and Hamlin to explore, and we found the small Ontario Winery to do some tastings. Apple season with fresh apples and farm fresh corn to sample some of Western Virginia's produce.

The place is absolutely beautiful, hosts responded quickly when we needed to message (or had time). Very appreciative of Dennis and Lisa allowing us to have an intimate wedding ceremony on their beach. All of our guests complimented on how beautiful it is.
