Family-friendly vacation rentals in Highton

Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

Lovely stay at Debbie's residence. Shack was all that was advertised and more! Horse ride right around the corner on the farm also made this locale even more appealing. Would recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Jodie’s place is clean and spacious with everything you need to cook a basic meal (air fryer, microwave, portable cooker) and has a little fenced courtyard that faces away from the main residence so feels relatively private. nice large block about 10 mins from the beach, 5 mins from Woolies. Liked having multiple light sources and lamps which some Airbnbs have no idea about. Heaps of space relax and eat and even to roll out an inflatable bed for kids. Perfect for what we needed.

Overall an amazing stay, felt very welcome. Was a nice private and spacious area, the spa was definitely a great thing to have as well. Had a great time here, the place was organised and had everything we needed! Graeme was very kind and helpful throughout the entire stay!

Sherwood's property was lovely and clean, we really enjoyed our time there with our little pup. The location was close to the dog beach and made exploring the coast easy while driving around. Would definitely stay again, and recommend Sherwood's place to others. Thanks again for having us!

Jane’s Blue House was a pleasure to stay at. Comfortable beds and good shower! I hope to be back next time with my 4 legged friends as I had to leave them behind for this trip.

Such a lovely home. Walkable to local shops, beautiful backyard for kids and hanging out. We loved the house. Very retro vibes and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place for the family to stay. It catered for all age groups which we had from a new born to grandparents. Was quiet and peaceful. The host, Angela, was superb with her communication and very flexible with check in and check out times.

One of the best bnb's I have stayed at ( I have stayed at many!) Just wanted to get away with my kids for a couple of days. We were all in one room but the kids' bunk had a privacy screen which was appreciated by all parties. Beds were ultra comfy and couches were also so relaxing and comfy. We were so grateful for use of the boogie boards for the kids & a comfy beach chair for myself. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen and the garden. I appreciated the professional guest info. folder with everything we needed to know about our stay plus info on the area and what to do/where to go/and where to eat/get food. Sandy & Clive were so easy to contact & very responsive. So glad I took up the opportunity to experience the Virbrosaun. It was truly a highlight of my stay. A unique experience to truly zone out and chill. A great base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. So homely and comfortable. I can't recommend highly enough!

Sam was extremely responsive to questions and my request for early check in and change of dates. The place was perfect for my small family and dog who loved the yard! It was very clean and even beach towels were provided. Sam was kind enough to offer us a late check out too. It was a perfect spot and we had a great time.

Awesome home to stay in. Exactly as described, even better and more spacious than the photos show. We loved our stay as it felt like a home away from home. The pool was lovely, allowing us to be spoilt for choice if we wanted to have a down day and chill at home. Perfect location, close to all the necessary shops and of course the beaches, restaurants and spas. Would definitely love to stay here again for sure. Absolutely worth the price!!! We were there for a birthday the place was clean, tidy and welcoming. It had all of the facilities we would expect. We had a great time with our family and would do it again. The bungalow in particular was a great space for young ones.

We travelled with our two young kids and Stew’s place was the perfect retreat. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Stew was friendly and gave us some great tips of things to do, see and eat around the area. The cottage was also very clean and comfortable - we would certainly stay again!

Fantastic stay for a quiet relaxing weekend with the family. Communication from host was first rate and extended to the offer of an early check in and late check out without having to ask! This may the stay even more appealing! House is amazing - spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need - comprehensive instructions on how to use everything which refreshingly made total sense and were easy to follow! The photos certainly do not lie! Swimming pool and theatre room were great and well utilised by the children, whilst the adults were able to kick back and relax. Extremely close to the beach, Rye and Blairgowrie shops - nothing was more than a five minute drive. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Rates as one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and would certainly return in a heart beat for another stay!

We all had a great stay, especially our dog Arty. Ben was a superb host. Nothing was a hassle. Wish we had more time there. The pool was the perfect length and depth and the solar heating was so easy to use. Cheers Ben!

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!
