Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Highlands County

Jessica and Brad couldn't have been more friendly. Their home was spotless with lots of extras. It had a beautiful view of the lake. Greg even loaned me a pole to try and catch a fish by their dock. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The large kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting at the dining table chatting. We got the low down on the area for activities and dining from Greg. The Farmer's Market is a must. Most of our activities were in Sebring so we will need to get back and see more of Lake Placid. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Thanks for providing us with such a superb stay. We enjoyed every minute. The house was so comfortable and well equipped and pleasantly designed. Loved the fire pit on a cool April night Frank and Danielle were very friendly and informative. We wish we had more time. We will be back.

The cottage and surroundings were brilliant. Tranquil and relaxing with a comfortable feel. It is reasonably priced for such a well-equipped place. We'll certainly be visiting again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife described it as one of the cutest cottages she has seen. The house has a very nice view of the lake from the front porch, we highly recommend it.

We loved Daniel’s place so much that I don’t even know where to start except to say our stay was exceptional!! Don’t hesitate, book this place RIGHT NOW!! We love MCMs, and even if you don’t know what that is, this house is absolutely gorgeous and huge!! It’s spotless inside and has every single thing you could ever think of needing! It’s so beautifully furnished and is so relaxing and peaceful and in such a lovely neighborhood! The yard is an oasis!! We had coffee outside and enjoyed smelling the beautiful jasmine and seeing all the tropical plants! We had a truly awesome visit in the true sense of the word awesome. We just loved it! I think we walked around the house with our mouths hanging open when we first got there- this was an absolute jewel of an AirBnB and I just wish that we could have stayed longer! Daniel and Jeremy thought of everything and are great at giving recommendations if you need them. Super kind and knowledgeable hosts who have created a small paradise in Sebring!

It was wonderful to be able to hang out by the lake all day. Loved the large floatie and rope swing. My friends and I never wanted to leave the lake. Great time had by all!

Perfect for my excursion

The home was very peaceful for a lakehouse getaway. It had everything needed, was uniquely decorated, and nicely furnished. Communication with the host and simple check-in/out was appreciated. Would recommend if staying in Lake Placid as it is close to town and the other larger lakes in the area.
