The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

qiuck weekend from perth....stayed here for a funeral 😔😔 but the apartment and location were spot on....nice and compact but very comfortable ...everything went as planned and top marks for the apartment. 💥💥🍺🥂👍

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

We had a marvellous stay at our House in Mentone (:-). My biggest worry was that it'd be cold as we were arriving late but Eva put the heating on in advance so the house was warm and cosy. It's also a very spacious house and was very clean and well stocked - especially on the crockery and glasses. It's also close to the shops and cafes. I'd definitely recommend it as a good place to stay

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Our first Airbnb stay in Melbourne was a wonderful experience for our family of eight. The decor was cozy and homey, and the kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Everything was comfortable for our six days stay. The bathroom was clean, and all the utensils and kitchen appliances worked well. Our hosts, Ken and Jo, were friendly and helpful—always ready to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They are truly genuine hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Michelle's property was ideally located for the purpose of our visit. She is a wonderful host and was extremely diligent and interactive as necessary. Her property is very homely and so close to the local village. She provided us with some welcome "treats" which was such a nice and kind gesture. The house was very well presented, clean and tidy, and has everything you could possibly want. A great place to stay for our visit. Will certainly stay again.

Our stay was an amazing experience, Henfry was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The view was absolutely breathtaking, place was spotless and cosy. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Staying on Vincent’s property is impressive. All the rooms are spotless and towels, kitchenwares, two spot parking (underneath building) are provided. The views are absolutely gorgeous both day and night time. Trust me! It looks even better in the real scenario than in the pictures. Please don’t be hesitate to reserve the place. It’s very convenient to commute. 📍 Groceries store (Coles, Asian Marts, Bottle-O, liquorland) 📍 24 hours fast-food nearby 📍 Free Tram Zone (30, 86, 96) all running to the city. (96 passing through Crown Casino and end at St.Kilda) 📍 5 mins walk to the main train station (southern cross) 📍 5 mins walk to bus station The hosts are super helpful, we literally forgot an iPad on the night and they return it to me in the next day (Thank God)

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
