Next to city center, great for long-term stays. No personal belongings of owner, clean space. A very comfortable & convenient condo on the 1st floor! Washer, dishwasher, huge balcony, and sauna in the unit with easy access to laundry room, gym, parking possibly available for a fee for monthly stays (street parking €2/h for shorter). Trams and metro close by, walk to the city about 15min. Both bedrooms have desks. Space ideally for 4 people, possible to have floor mattress and sleep on couch.

Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. Islands, cozy restaurants, design district, boutiques nearby. No elevator. Fast internet. Grocery store 2 min. Happy to help!

Löyly, Basbas, Osteria dei Mancini, Robusto, Lie mi, Cafe Moko, Levain, Cafe Amore... the local restaurants are fantastic. Please note: There is no elevator, but the 40 steps are easy to climb.
