Oly was attentive from before check-in, and answered all my questions. With the directions it was easy to get there, it is a stretch of unpaved road which must be considered and the place is far from everything (precisely what we were looking for and we thought it was perfect). Mrs. Teresa and Mr. Armando are always attentive at all times, Mrs. Teresa cooks delicious food and we really felt right at home. The house is very spacious, elegant, comfortable. The dream landscape, the pool and jacuzzi at the perfect temperature to be even with our baby. In short, we are delighted and will be back soon.

We were very happy in our stay, the communication with Marisol was very agile and the person who supports in the super friendly house. Her house is as shown in the photos , it is in the center you arrive walking , super recommended for families . The garden is very nice and the fireplace is a plus.

everything was perfect, nice designed house with equipments. Entertainment room was wonderful. owner was so kind and very fast to help. Just one thing not perfect was room temperature. It was too cold with 18 degrees. Though they repaired boiler on the 2nd day, some rooms were still cold.

It is the best cabin in the area since it is like a loft, it has much more than the surrounding accommodations, in space and amenities, the cleanliness and the concept are good, Mrs. Luisa was very attentive to any request.

A great place to stay and get to know the village. My friends and I were able to get to know Mineral del Chico, staying in a very cozy place. The people who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful. If you want to make a bonfire, the people here sell plenty of firewood at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

The cabin is very comfortable. It is spacious and you can feel its spaciousness. The area is cold but we lit the fireplaces and managed to have great evenings. The host's attention is very warm. It's a family-friendly and very romantic space. I recommend it.

The facilities consist of three apartments. Apartment 3 has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is very small and there is no table or chairs, just a bar with high benches, which are not comfortable. Although the photos do match, it's hard to see the perspective of the spaces. The extraordinary thing was that when discussing this with Macario, Brenda very kindly gave instructions to offer us Apartment 2. It also has two bedrooms, but with the advantage of two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. The only thing we missed was being able to enjoy the pool, because it is not given the necessary cleaning. The service and attention of Mrs. Margarita cleaning and Macario was very attentive in solving problems, making our two-week stay a suitable place to rest after a day of activity.

We are a large family and everyone was very happy with the house and the service they provided us. Luis was always attentive to what we needed. The house is very nice, it is very clean and has everything you need to spend some excellent days. We would definitely come back.

A very beautiful place to disconnect and have days of peace, tranquility and contact with nature. Very close to the most important points to visit in Xilitla and with outdoor spaces to enjoy as a family or couple. José Luis is very attentive and kind.

The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the cabin and the beautiful landscape that the place gives us, I recommend seeing the sunrises and the sunsets, the sound the birds make upon waking is incredible, the people who received us are very warm and have very good attention, I will definitely come back again

We loved it! The beautiful views and the place are beautiful, the whole community makes a great effort to serve people and keep it very clean. The food is very plentiful, very tasty and at a very good price. If you bring pets, keep in mind that you have to pick up and bury their waste. It's definitely a place we'd visit again as a family. Thank you all very much for being attentive to us and taking care of us at all times.
