The ground floor apartment is brand new and overlooks a Sustrans cycle way which is lined with Blackberries and Hawthorns when in season. The bedroom can be made up with twin beds or a super king bed and there is a double bed in the living area. With easy access to all of York's attractions and 2 supermarkets on the door step the apartment is a great base for you to enjoy York fully.

Excellent location in a residential area, just a 20 min walk to York town centre, the Minster, Shambles, etc. 1 minute walk to local Spar. Drive fits 1 car, plus free parking on street. Master bedroom(King) with wall-mounted TV. Two additional bedrooms, the first with a King bed & the second with shorty bunk bed (not suitable for adults). Family bathroom. Well equipped modern kitchen & dining area. Sunny rear garden. Unlimited free Wifi. Large screen smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD in living room.

Beautiful ground floor Annexe attached to main house but with own separate entrance. Just under 2 miles from the historic city of York with its many shops and vibrant pubs/restaurants. Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.

Second floor apartment just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk to the Bar Walls (Monkgate), York Minster, and the historic city. Overlooking the River Foss. You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info.
