New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Charming urban guesthouse with park access

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but good is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are up to two duvets and bed linen, and of course there are towels for both of you.
