The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Get out of the city and into the countryside. The listed hay house is located on a 5000 m² natural property. Nestled in a rural environment, you will find pure relaxation here. The house has been completely renovated: underfloor heating (heat exchanger), wallbox, sauna, fireplace, everything is operated with green electricity. Therefore, the electricity costs are calculated exactly according to the meter.

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

You can safely park your car, motorcycle or bicycles at the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
