Peaceful and spacious apartment with its own entrance in Koivistonkylä, Tampere, located on the ground floor of a detached house. In the yard, there is free parking for two cars and a lovely glass-enclosed patio! For 1–4 people: two beds in the bedroom, a pull-out couch in the living room, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, toilet, and bathroom with washing machine. The location is great: just about a 10-minute drive to the city center and 100 meters to a bus stop. Well-behaved pets are welcome (small additional charge).

The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

This fourth floor home offers upscale vacationing. Särkänniemi and the services of the city center are within walking distance. The walking path in front of the house invites you to enjoy, sunbathe, go to play and swim. The residential area has an outdoor gym, a playground, a few cafes and a restaurant. Uudenkarheasta talosta kodikas pikkukoti omalla saunalla ja terassipihalla. Ilmainen, oma parkkipaikka asunnon edessä. Rauhallinen sijainti Tampereen keskustasta lähellä kaikkea. Esim. Keskustorille tai Särkänniemeen kävelee noin 10 minuutissa. Sängyt on parvella valmiiksi pedattuina ja siivous sisältyy hintaan. Ruuanlaittoon löytyy kaikki perusvälineet. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Just 6 km / 8 min to the Lempäälä housing fair site. Two parking spaces with poles in the yard, one in the canopy. There is a lockable outdoor storage area attached to the apartment.
