Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage view hay rides! Goat and cow snuggles!

This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. No amenity has been spared for your stay some of which include a spacious master suite, stunning kitchen, Keurig machine, large game room, a kid's toy room, a firepit, yard games and a patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, pool and a grill.

Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.
