House vacation rentals in Herrington Lake

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Kathy’s home is the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room, a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic. We felt welcomed and right at home and I would book with Kathy anytime I visit the area in the future. The home is gorgeous and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lexington.

Loved my stay here. Harrison is a great host and the house is a perfect place to relax at after a long day. Lots of space for big groups too!

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

Great stay for a quick vacation.

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

Always a great stay. Easy access, beautiful view across the lake and close to our kids! Win win

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

Quaint historic house was great for a one-night stay with a family of 7. Right in the midst of a college atmosphere, but no issues with that. We were there on a Wednesday night, so not sure if weekends are different. The space was clean, parking in the back is tight but no issue, and the house was easy to get in. Would recommend.

We have stayed in Lexington many times and it’s the best place we ever stayed

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

This was my very first Airbnb experience! And we loved this place! It’s in the city, but once you step inside the gate you are transported to a peaceful and serene atmosphere! We felt right at home here and were a little sad to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again!! Tommy was a great host!!!

I was in town for a week and needed a place coming solo. Karen was very responsive and helpful and recommended anything I asked about. Went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in her place! The place was clean and exactly as described!

Very nice place to stay. Trouble getting in and had to wait for the door code but once host responded everything was very smooth and he accommodated very well afterwards.

The house was perfect for our needs.

While this house is not particularly close to bourbon tastings, the size of the house and quiet neighborhood ensured we were well rested for the next day’s adventure. About 40 minutes from Lexington and 90 minutes from Louisville, we spent a lot of time driving between destinations. The house itself was well equipped for our party of six. Plenty of space for each person’s privacy and large common areas that allowed everyone to eat and drink together. We were unable to enjoy the water below due to recent flooding.

Shelby is extremely gracious and the epitome of super host! Well stocked kitchen, super clean and expansive rooms with lots of thoughtful touches. Love the huge master bed and bath! Great yard for pups and Shelby is very responsive and attentive. This is the ONLY place we’ll stay at when in the area. Love, love, love this location!

We had just the best stay at this beautiful home. It was beautiful, lovely furnishings and the most comfortable beds! It is 2 separate house side by side and 2 proper bedrooms in each house. It does have additional sleeping areas in both houses if you had lots of people! Each house has a fabulous kitchen and living spaces so for all our grown up children and spouses coming it could not have been more perfect. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants and easy road access to drive to wherever you are going. Our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I have stayed here more than once. This is the best spot in the area. It's close to everything you need and feels like home. Peggy is extremely helpful and the place is very comfortable

Brain’s place exceeds expectations! I feel like the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was such a great spot for our group of 10 friends! Tons of bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable communal areas to hang out in, and all the amenities we could need. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice house on a working farm. A great place to stay for sure if you like horses. We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing time here. It was very bright, very clean, and felt like home away from home. The hosts left us a sweet welcome, and they were very communicative throughout our stay. We loved all the books and games available as well. The only thing I’d add is that if you’re sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask for the master as there’s a little bit of window uncovered by curtains. I had mine, and it was a non-issue. I would definitely stay here again.
