Very great home, was very clean and perfect all around for our stay!

We recently rented this charming house for a two-night getaway, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a remote and beautiful location, the setting was absolutely stunning—ideal for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with all the amenities we needed. We loved the various activities available on-site, which kept us entertained during our stay. Whether it was playing games, enjoying some downtime, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there was never a dull moment. One minor downside was the weather; we wished it would have cooperated a bit more so we could fully enjoy walking the grounds and taking in the breathtaking views. However, we made the most of our time indoors and had a fantastic time catching up and relaxing. This is a wonderful home in the middle of a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog. Be sure to bring your bag chairs so you can enjoy the spacious backyard covered porch complete with a ceiling fan. The appliances were very clean. We did a mixture of cooking meals at the house and eating out. My daughter lives in Lexington and we definitely plan to return to this house when we are visiting. Francois was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Don't think twice, you will definitely enjoy staying at this property.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at The Blue Heron for a long weekend, hoping to get some golf in. Shelly was helpful prior to our arrival with grocery and dinner suggestions. We were able to find the place with no problems and had easy access to get in. Very quiet location. Did not see anyone the entire stay. The main house was the perfect size for 4 people. Living room/kitchen provided enough space for us all to be together. The deck would have be great space with the fire pit and outdoor seating. We just happened to come during a 4 day nonstop rain. Which did make for great sleeping. The boathouse provided space for the couple we came with. It had a queen bed, small sitting area bathroom and a great view. The main house had a great loft for the other bedroom. The bed and pillows were amazing. Although we did not get one round of golf in, we did find fun things to do in Lexington. It was very relaxing and we look forward to coming back when the weather is better/warmer.

This was a great Airbnb! We traveled here for Spring Break with two other families. The house had lots of amenities and things to do including a game room, a pickle ball court, and a hot tub. The kids were very entertained the entire time. They even played a huge game of capture the flag in the yard one evening. We were out and about during the day each day and would highly recommend a trip to Keenland, exploring the distilleries, and the Kentucky Rail Explorers. The house was clean and Shelia was a super responsive host throughout our trip. I would highly recommend!

Anessa is a great host, very responsive and her listing was everything that you should expect in an Airbnb! Very well stocked and you can tell that she puts a lot of thought into what to provide to assure that you have the best stay possible!
