Welcome to this comfortable wooden cottage that has been carefully decorated. It is located against the beautiful Hatertse and Overasseltse vennen and has the city of Nijmegen nearby. In good weather, you can enjoy everything that grows and flowers in the garden or the surrounding area. In a colder season, there is an atmospheric wood-burning stove including a lazy rocking chair to seek peace and quiet. It has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people (including air conditioning, dishwasher).

Explore Maas en Waal from our new apartment, equipped with luxury amenities such as a fireplace, rain shower, underfloor heating, private (secure) bicycle storage, large skylights, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious house has 2 floors and has all the comforts. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful open kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, toilet and sofa bed. The house also has a very spacious garden (1000 m2) and a covered terrace.
