Pleasant accommodation with your feet in the water. Apartment with a beautiful and friendly view. The decoration is original, the interior invites relaxation. Great for city and beach walks. After parking in the private parking lot of the Marina everything is within walking distance.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

Our stay on the flowered coast went smoothly. Clean space, comfortable bedding, more towels, and shower kit available. The apartment is located on a quiet street, 5 minutes from the sea. I highly recommend this apartment. I would definitely come back! Thanks

Had a great week of vacation. The house was nice , tidy and really equipped with everything. Garden was perfect, especially to sit in the evening. Kitchen was more than complete. The shower was lovely. Personally, we didn't like the beds so much, but despite it, we would have liked to book a few more days. The area is more than beautiful, in short, we enjoyed it. Thank you

Villa Denise is a beautiful house that is just waiting to welcome young and old. The beautiful spaces in this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are precise. don't hesitate!

A very good, perfect home. Everything was there for a pleasant stay. Small downside, there's no TV on the ground floor. Indeed, you can't disturb the spouse when they're sleeping or taking a nap to watch TV because it's in the bedroom. otherwise everything is perfect. Yannick is very kind, super responsive and attentive, I really recommend it even with this small downside.

Anne is a very pleasant host! Coming for work, the accommodation is ideally located. Not far from Mondeville, close to the ring road. The accommodation is equipped with essentials and the environment is quiet. The stay was very pleasant, thank you again!

Four of us (2 adults, 2 children) spent a week in Héloïse's lovingly furnished apartment. The property is very well equipped, clean and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Due to its location, it offers a good starting point to reach many beautiful destinations of Normandy. Communication with Héloïse worked fine. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.
