We loved this peaceful retreat, the pool and hot tub are a real plus despite the proximity to the sea, we will come back to one of the other cottages in the estate with the family, that's for sure!

The apartment is very comfortable and very conveniently located close to the sea. The residence is very quiet. Street parking is easily available. Nathalie is very welcoming.

Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

It went very well. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was responsive and his instructions were clear and precise. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks for your hospitality. 😉

I went with my 2 daughters, 10 and 12 years old, very pleasant and well-equipped accommodation. Very welcoming and flexible for check-in and checkout times. you can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything.

Thanks to Arthur for his availability and the cleanliness of his apartment. The residence is quiet. The apartment is located in front of the start of the Marathon des Courants de Liberté, which is ideal.

The host was very accommodating and responsive to our arrival times. We really enjoyed the madeleines and the complimentary tea and coffee. This was a perfect place for the night before an early morning ferry. Only thing we noticed was a few not properly cleaned dishes.

Jean-Romain, was usually available, and responds quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.There are new appliances, toaster, microwave, kettle, cartridge coffee maker. Exceptionally clean. The linens provided were fresh & sealed. Mattress for a second person is stored under the other. It is easy to pull out and has spring-loaded legs that allow you to elevate it. Wi-fi was fast.. The entry to the building and underground parking is very secure, and Jean-Romain provided very clear written instructions. If you are from the US or Canada, you may find the access and parking a little tighter than what you may be used to. We were driving a Renault Captur SUV but if you have something bigger, you will have to park carefully. The location is excellent for access to the D-Day beaches, especially Juno, Gold and Sword and down to the city centre, and Caen Castle. The city tramway and buses are close. There are small supermarkets like Carrefour, a bakery, a patisserie, and a pharmacy nearby.

Very nice, clean and well arranged apartment tastefully decorated.

The high school was on the sidewalk opposite and access to the center of Caen was very within walking distance.

The property is on a student campus, but easy to access (codes sent in advance so flexible check-in/ check-out). Small Supermarket just a few minutes away and walkable (15 min to the city center). No issues what so ever.

Great place. Very clean. In a good location with a convenience store very close by. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Madalen was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very cozy and well decorated. Finally, the house is well located, very central to shine in the different villages.

I am very satisfied with this weekend at Jean Marie's mobile home. Bonil liked it but it's Normandy camping with. indoor pool excellent for relaxing in rainy weather. The mobile home is comfortable as well as the bedding. I recommend the mobile home and the campsite, well located close to the beach and the center of Ouistreham

We had a great time at this really well-equipped place! The host is very responsive and responds really quickly. The products present on arrival for the next day's breakfast are really nice. The place is safe and very quiet and we were lucky to have good weather throughout the stay which allowed us to eat outside and barbecue!

We had a lovely stay. There were 5 of us and the house is very convenient and pleasant. The amenities are of very good quality. Special mention for the bed mattress because I have a very fragile back and it had been a long time since I slept so well! Paul Edouard is very responsive and gives good tips about the surroundings. What a joy to park your car and go quietly to the beach on foot from the accommodation. The village is very nice. In short, I recommend this place.
