A great place to go as a family

From our warm welcome upon arrival to the farewell hugs at departure, Elisabeth and Peter were the consummate hosts. Everything that has been previously said is true to the word. Studio 2 fulfilled all of our needs and more. There was not one essential item missing. Elisabeth is not a Superhost. She’s a Superior Host.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very spacious, sparkling clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and even a few games/kids toys. The views were even more beautiful than the photos. The condo complex is gated with security at the entrance from the road and from the beach. The downtown was just a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the whole area felt very safe. Luis was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Wow! It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves. Huge balcony, spacious, well equipped condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. 2 km walk along the beach to the centre of Cabarete (good grocery store). So many great restaurants, all within walking distance. We have stayed at five other complexes in Cabarete and Seawinds is hands down the best. Beautiful big pools, well maintained gardens, clean shared facilities, friendly people and very good security. The only negative is what the construction next door, towards Kite beach has done. They have pushed dirt and rocks so far forward that it has cut off a safe walk along the beach over to Kite Beach. Hopefully it’s in the plans to create a path and some stairs up over the rocks to better access Kite Beach. There are some great restaurants and bars there. Thanks Luis for sharing your condo with us and the excellent communication during our stay.

it's a beautiful place big rooms comfortable beds comfortable furniture big balcony very beautiful the outside makes you feel like a vacation right on the water private beach. I highly recommend you in this place. and friendly workers. they take care of you till the last minute your there .

Nice and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Loved the big terrace, the pool, the grounds… 3 minutes enjoyable walk to the beach through a private and secured neighborhood with beautiful houses. Tom and Renee were great hosts, very responsive and accommodating. We will return.

Very helpful when it came to questions that I had, this is my second stay and I was happy I chose to stay at her place again.

Very comfortable accommodations for my son and I as we were on tour of the DR. We had two rooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and living room on the bottom floor. All were well maintained with warm showers, good water pressure & AC. A lot of the buildings around are not inhabited but we found a small bar across the street that kept us occupied. Also Wilson’s restaurant is a must if your feeling adventurous. It’s a shack on the sand where they prepare fresh crab & fish. On the property you will find a pool, horses, four-wheelers, surf boards and other fun stuff available, some of which require an additional fee. We will happily be make next time we’re in the area.

I’ve stayed with this Airbnb hosts many times there’s not much I can say that’s different for my past reviews so I’ll just leave it there. It was the excellence stay.

We had a lovely stay at Zenaida. The house was beyond of what we expected. very clean, big and with all the necessities. one of our better stays in the D.R. the only thing could be said about the street(s), it was pretty nearow and parking wasn't easy. but great and friendly neighbours. Great value for money. we will stay again.

Everything is as described.

The neighborhood is very quiet, of course I'll be back.
