Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Forsthaus Stein - historic and luxurious

The newly renovated forester's house is located in the heart of the Drava Valley between Spittal and Lienz and is perfect for families and groups looking for tranquility and many excursion opportunities. The house is in a secluded location between Stein Castle and the village of Stein am Waldrand and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the Drava Valley. The next largest town is Dellach in the Drava Valley and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Paul's family home

This cottage was built by our parents for the family in 1973. We now have kitchen, bathrooms, and all floors renewed. It is beautiful and idyllic, in the middle of the village, between an old mill and a horse paddock, vis a vis the oldest church in the Gailtal. From the house you can start directly for a hike or cycle tours. In winter, the ski bus takes you to the ski area (Nassfeld) for free, 20 minutes away by ski bus.
