The house is in a secluded location between Stein Castle and the village of Stein am Waldrand and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the Drava Valley. The next largest town is Dellach in the Drava Valley and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Paul's family home

Our parents built this vacation home for the family in 1973. We have now renovated the kitchen, bathrooms, and all floors. It is beautifully and idyllically located in the middle of the village, between an old mill and a horse paddock, opposite the oldest church in the Gailtal. From the house you can start a hike directly or go on bike tours. In winter, you can take the ski bus for free to the ski resort (Nassfeld), which is 20 minutes away.
