The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, we live on the opposite end in the living room. It includes: 1 toilet with shower, a kitchen with stove/oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with small freezer. The kitchen has all the services you need. 1 bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and hanger bar. Living room with TV, 2 armchairs and sofa (which is also a sofa bed). Kitchen, dining area, living room and "hallway" are all in one. In the living room there is a TV with DVD and cromecaster, of course you also get access to the fibia network.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Stay in the countryside in our wooden house of 140 m ². The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which can be merged into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m ² with many cozy nooks and a fire pit. We have 15 hens and a rooster that adds to the rural feel. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a rural kitchen. We live in a former summerhouse on the property.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is with double-elevation bed and exit to common garden. From the bedroom there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Attention! Please note that there is an additional fee for adult numbers three and four. Children are always free.

Beautifully located with fields all around this newly renovated guesthouse is the perfect place for a get-away in romantic and peaceful surroundings. The guesthouse is our former home. Now we live in the main house with our 3 children, 2 cats and our lovely dog. Nature and wildlife is just outside the windows and you can enter the forest from the garden.
