Very pleasant stay of 2 months, felt right at home from day 1. Everything was provided. Friendly parents of Adel live next to the house and you can go there with a question, very helpful. This location is highly recommended. From here you can visit different places and a taxi is not expensive. Many restaurants in the area and you can take very nice walks there. I'll definitely be back again sometime.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.
