It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Accommodation as described or better in reality. You do not only rent a place, a whole accompaniment from Siham and his sisters (Rim and Radhia). Thank you ladies for all your responsiveness. You listened to my requests and responded very quickly. My family and I were welcomed in a place of impeccable cleanliness with a fine decoration that perfectly blends with the settlement environment. The terrace and windows of the common areas offer a breathtaking view of the harbor of El Kantaoui. For families with children like us, you have EVERYTHING nearby and no need to go further for activities. This place is in a strategic location in the city of SOUSSE and I highly recommend it. Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

Conveniently located apartment, with two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views. The spacious room is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. Downtown Monastir can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, and taxis pass regularly nearby to make it easier to get around. Our host, Wided, was exemplary throughout our stay. Very responsive, she quickly involved a professional to resolve a window issue, and even took the initiative to bring us a coffee maker as soon as we reported her absence. His availability and attention really made a difference and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment has a lot of charm and great potential; only a refresh of the kitchen would make it more sublimate. This has not tainted our experience, thanks to the hospitality and care provided by Wided.

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

The apartment is spacious, bright, functional and very well-equipped. A small haven of peace, close (2 min walk) to the beach, ideal for a large family. The apartment is also close to all amenities ( supermarket, bakery, fish market, primeurs ... ) and the amphitheater of Hergla for evenings under the stars. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment which perfectly matched everything listed on the listing and shown in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and high standard. A little nod to coffee lovers who will find a Nespresso machine and its basket of capsules at their disposal. The reception was very warm. Sofiane was very attentive to her guests, reachable on the phone and receptive to all our requests. Small mention for Mrs. Latifa who was on site and attentive to our entire family. We will definitely be back for the next vacation with great pleasure.
