It is inside a Villa that is formed of a ground floor and 2 apartments upstairs. It has 2 large balconies, windows with electric blinds, high-end quiet fans, A/C, WiFi, an electric barbecue... Parking in a private garage shared with the other house. It has its private entrance next to the parking lot and its private stairs.
