Cottage vacation rentals in Heredia Province

Very nice place, quiet, close to major roads. Beautiful greenery. comfy bedding. difficult access to the river for people with limited mobility. Édouardo communicates a lot and is attentive, advisory and there if needed. Nothing is missing inside... toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, dryer, trash cans, bed sheets, towels... great comfort.

We 200% recommend Rocio and Edger’s jungle house to every single person who visit Costa Rica! We absolutely loved everything! Firstly when we made a reservation, we messaged them that we’d like to arrive by public transportation. They replied us back soon with the information. Thanks to their help we smoothly arrived, even thought it was earlier than checking time they were there to welcome us already. Melon milk as welcome drink was super fresh and tasty! It saved us from the heat! The room was pretty and clean and comfortable with everything we need. Rocio and Edger’s smiles brought peace in our mind and heart and we really were feeling like at home. Rocio guided in the garden and told us a lot about the plants and animals there. We could find toucans, monkeys, blue jeans and other animals with her help. And in the morning, there were colibrís flying around the terrace while we were having wonderful Costa Rican breakfast, súper delicioso! It was a perfect stay! Thank you so much!

Nice gardens, landscapes, view, and plenty of room for family & friends outing. Enjoyed the pavilion at night time overlooking the city scape! What a view! Close to volcano and nature center! Thoroughly enjoyed hiking and relaxing in this charming weekend getaway!

We live outside the Central Valley and came to visit family near Heredia. Adam's coordination, location and attention were excellent to facilitate our stay. The place is safe, quiet and private. We slept very well because it is a quiet and comfortable place. Perfect for stays in the Heredia area, close to businesses and a few minutes from downtown. The area is very nice and easy to get around. We will definitely be back.

Great please, lots of space for kids to play, great views and very peacefull, Alberto was great and was always very attentive. We would come back again. Loved the views and the small waterfall.

Don Carlos allowed me to propose to my girlfriend in this spectacular house, we had musicians around the fire pit with an incredible view and it was magical, the house has all the amenities. Don Carlos provided us with a 30-meter extension so that the musicians could connect their equipment and gave us a bottle of wine for the occasion, he is a first-class host. Thank you very much. 🌟AMAZING!!!🌟Look no further, stay at Gloria’s Casa de Toucan!!! I have stayed at many Airbnb’s, Gloria is by far, one of the best host’s I have ever had. She is pure Gold!💛 Pictures do not do the home justice! It is spacious, comfortable, eclectic, and homey. Gloria has everything you could need and more. The kitchen and home is the most well stocked home I’ve ever stayed. The beds are so comfortable. The lookout is spectacular! There are toucans, green Ibis, and you can hear Howler monkeys. If you love plants, nature, scenery, and peace- stay here! There are banana plants, coconut trees, cocoa plants, cherry trees, wild ginger, pineapple, and turmeric plants surrounding the home. My mother and I both feel spoiled since we stayed there. My regret= not booking more nights there! I could easily stay months! Please take us back ❤️ FYI, the neighbors German Shepherd is a sweetheart! She’s great with kids and loves to play fetch with coconuts. My youngest cried when we had to leave.

A very quiet place to enjoy as a family with all amenities, excellent to go with pets since there is a lot of space, the host is always attentive and friendly, in end everything is very good.
