Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping. The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.
