It is on the first floor (no elevator) of our small family building. This cozy, sunlit apartment (40 m²) features a well-equipped separate kitchen, a very bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a desk, and a shower room with a toilet.
