Have stayed here at ArtSpace before, and just like the last time, the place was absolutely perfect. It is clean, spacious, organized, functional and free of clutter. There is a patio outside where one can sit down and relax - read a book, or work on the computer. The WiFi connection is strong and reliable. There is solar power so no load shedding anxiety. Hot water is available and plentiful, and the pressure is strong. The area is safe and secure, and not only is there off street parking, you actually get to park in the garage. The garden is amazing, and you can lounge here or at the gazebo, or by the pool. Most of all the place is beautifully dotted by contemporary art that mesmerize. The place is near all the services and facilities you will need - malls, shops, restaurants, service stations, hospitals and clinics - making it a very convenient base for those special errands. This is the home you always have a reason to come back to. And the host, Teresa, is just wonderful.

Jana’s place was amazing, very clean as well. She communicated well. Would definitely stay at her place again.

Alex was a very friendly, helpful host! The cottage is in a beautiful space and very secluded, set apart from the rest of the property. We enjoyed our stay and have already made plans to return!

Martin’s cottage in Parktown North is a great place to stay in Joburg. It’s located in one of my favorite neighborhoods, and is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants, etc. It’s located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Martin was a fantastic host, proactive and responsive and making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I’d highly recommend the cottage and Martin as a host for visitors to Joburg!

I had a comfortable stay at Louise's property. The place was sparkling clean and you get to have your own space. The host is very responsive at all times and she allowed me to check out at any time since it was a public holiday that day, I appreciated that gesture as I was not in too much of a hurry to leave the place. She also offered to have my laundry done since I was there for a couple of days, I unfortunately saw the message on the last day of my stay but luckily I didn't need any clothes to be washed. Thank you Louise for being an amazing host. I got to enjoy a walk around the area as well, it is very peaceful and secure.

I had a wonderful stay at Liezl’s Gecko Cottage. The place was exactly as described — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for my exam prep. Liezl and Lindi were very helpful and even dropped off a heater before it got cold. They really went the extra mile. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Slightly Older property but exceptional attention to detail. If you think you forgot something they already thought of providing it and then some little surprises. Comfortable bed, air-conditioning, cleaning staff did an excellent job even the mats next to the beds were replaced. Friendly accommodating host and property manager. Catered to ones every need. Would definitely recommend and use again. Loved being there.

One is always nervous about selecting a place to stay in a city you are not familiar with. Blue Lotus was ideally located for us. In a secure suburb with quiet roads. Was very peaceful during our stay. We felt safe and very comfortable at all times. Perfect for a couple or a family with small kids.

We've stayed here twice now, and each time has exceeded our expectations! The space is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly private. We loved it even more than our first visit! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

If it was possible to rate 100 I would, this has been by far the most relaxing and clean Airbnb I used for working. It was a perfect spot, closer to all beautiful shopping malls. I was able to do all my errands around Johannesburg. The cleaner Thobi was the sweetest esp when I was not feeling well. I am surely coming back here for my month or 2 months off. We enjoyed our stay at Monique's and will certainly stay there again if in Pretoria. We will just not stay in the same room again as the absence of a shower detracted from a lovely room and stay. We understand other rooms have showers and we shall look at booking one of these next time.

I had a lovely stay at Lavender Cottage. Perrine’s place is lovely and comfortable, located in a beautiful garden and she is such an attentive hostess she instantly made me feel right at home.

This was our first time in Johannesburg, and we were initially quite concerned about safety. However, we were much reassured by the smooth self check-in process, in-compound parking, double-gated access to the premises, and very cozy house for us to relax and enjoy our time in the city. Everything we needed was available plus much more - the free breakfast items were a great touch! The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet for a peaceful sleep. We were saddened not to have scheduled more days in Johannesburg with such a pleasant place to stay! Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Ohh Melinda! What a great time we had. It felt like home away from home and Melinda and Ignitious were so welcoming. We laughed a lot with them and really made us feel comfortable. Beautifully decorated cottage in lovely location next to the park, coffee shop and shops. Spent a lovely Christmas there, had an amazing kitchen with everything you could need.

The place was exactly like what I saw on the photo. Andre is FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, KIND AND CARING. His always a call away.

The Short stay here made me feel very at home and although i left halfway for other things，i would definitely choose this place Again if i needed to return to Johannesburg😄
