Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Vince was an amazing host and truly helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend.

Phil was a wonderful and gracious host! Directions for checkin and check out were amazing, and he had fantastic suggestions and helped with parking suggestions. The space itself was perfect and spacious. Well equipped with all things we could need. Waiting walking distance to all the things downtown. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Indy. Thanks again Phil!

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

I stayed with Sandra for the Carmel Marathon weekend this year. The location was convenient and peaceful and Sandra was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are both extremely spacious and comfortable. While the race was cancelled to to weather, we had a lovely stay nonetheless.

One of the best short stays I’ve had! Mary and Marvin’s place is just as listed. I loved the antiquated look and feel of the space. If you are a book lover then this is the space for you! It was extra-nice to be greet by Marvin-it was even a bit on the late side, but it was important to him, so he did. Additionally, I felt safe staying there alone in Indy. Book it!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Philip's place in Indianapolis. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described. The Philip is a great host and was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, downtown attractions, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I couldn’t have asked for a better home base while visiting Indy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay while in Indy! Loved having a few snacks and especially coffee in the kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Bedroom is on the side with main road, so it can be a little noisy. But overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The place was beautifully decorated and clean. China was more than accommodating answering text /messages quickly and politely… could not have asked for a better experience

Aimee was a great host. Our original Air bnb cancelled on us at the literal last minute and Aimee replied right away when we were scrambling for another place. It was perfect - clean, great location, and we felt safe. It’s an older building but the apartment has been renovated beautifully. The bed was comfy too.

This place was really nice very local to a lot of restaurants and the community is really awesome as well. I’ll be back soon.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! A great air bnb to stay at. The location made it easy to navigate around. The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided exactly what I needed for my stay. The host provided clear instructions and was very resourceful during my stay. I’ll use this air bnb again.
