Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place looked identical to the photos! Our couple friends and us did a couples weekend. They booked another room and I have to say their room just looked like the normal hotel, nothing special. Ours had great added touches that just made the stay that much better! Hosts were easy to ask questions. Check in was a breeze. My wife loved that valet parking was included in our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Amazing spot to visit Las vegas, its close to everything you want to do. Nicole is super helpful with everything. very peaceful, with easy parking. great night view of the city skyline. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, making it easy to relax and unwind. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to staying here again and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and colleagues. A truly five-star experience all around!

Tina was an amazing host and made our stay super comfortable. The house was exactly as described - the outdoor dining area and pool were amazing. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Great layout. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking and had some snacks that were welcome after the long drive in. Comfortable beds. Easy check out.

Ryan’s house was perfect for our group of 8! There’s two roll away beds in the master closet, so everyone slept comfortably. The private pool and hot tub were super nice to relax in! The house is located super close to the strip and Allegiant Stadium so there was a lot to do and explore. Ryan was a super responsive host and made sure we had all the information we needed when checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay at Matt’s location. Had great communication with him, when asked if I can check in a bit earlier he made sure to get back to me on a timely manner with a response. The house overall was great! In a quiet, peaceful area. It was clean and very comfortable. Lots of shopping centers/restaurants close by. I would definitely recommends Matt’s home! 10/10

So far the best place we’ve stayed! Very spacious, well equiped and well supplied. Beautifully designed house that is excellent for large groups. Peaceful neighborhood and fantastic location. Host Elise and co-host Shary are indeed super host.

This was probably one of the best airbnbs I stayed at. The place was very nice and clean and the host was very helpful. The place had a ton to offer and was a great location for our EDC trip. Highly recommend!

Was in Vegas for a girls trip and it was the PERFECT place to stay especially if you’re trying to all stay in one place which is so rare to find on the strip. It was very ideally located and the room was very nice. Maid service was extra but well worth it to just all stay in the same spot. The projector in the room was so fun to play music videos while were getting ready or had down time to watch tv etc.

This was a beautiful place to stay and the view from the balcony was incredible! There were many places within walking distance (bars, restaurants, smoke shops, etc). It was clean and just as pictured! Definitely will be staying again

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Perfect place. Close to strip. Lots of things to do

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Lissie was so sweet and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. She greeted us when we first arrived and helped bring our bags in, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I loved the location of the room and would be interested in staying again!
