Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall.
