The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. The house itself is newly renovated inside and pictures will be updated shortly.
