The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Two friendly families had the dream of creating a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where you feel completely comfortable. There are two modern, ecological wooden houses furnished with a lot of love for detail, built on a hill on the edge of the forest with a view of the vastness of the Odenwald low mountain range.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.

The house was originally prepared for a disabled person with a wheelchair accessible. There is an anteroom, a living/sleeping room, a large walk-in bathroom and a cozy attic area. A large meadow with old trees and seating with a beer garden is attached.
