Our stay at this delightful French cottage in Lille was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the warmth and character of the décor—thoughtfully curated with an eye for both elegance and comfort. Every corner told a story, creating an ambiance that felt both deeply French and unmistakably welcoming. The kitchen was a standout feature: spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped for anyone who loves to cook. Whether it was a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner, we had everything we needed at our fingertips, which made dining in a true pleasure. Beyond the cottage itself, the surroundings were just as captivating. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, the location offered a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. It was an ideal base for exploring Lille, yet it always felt like a peaceful haven to return to at the end of the day. In every way, this cottage exceeded our expectations. It’s a rare gem💕

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène & Harry’s place! The house was very cosy, and had everything tou need and want. A nice fireplace, and a beamer to watch movies on! Close to the tram and you are in lille center very quickly. Hélène & Harry were great hosts. Would recommend!

pleasant stay near Pierre Mauroy stadium for concert great accommodation, too bad the weather wasn't with us because we couldn't enjoy the terrace kader provided us with bottles of water in the fridge and cakes for breakfast there is also coffee, tea and everything that is necessary in a house we'll be back i recommend it.

David's place is absolutely fantastic. It's even bigger than it looks in the photos. We didn't miss anything and we had a great time as a family! David is also an incredibly nice and uncomplicated host who responds quickly and is always helpful and flexible. We highly recommend David and the place.

Lovely little house with everything you need! Peaceful location out the way from the city, however we ordered an Uber to get to Lille and it was there quicker than we could get our shoes on! Hosts were very responsive and every message was helpful and thoughtful. House was clean, bed comfy and a lovely big shower. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecile's place. It is a lovely, comfortable and spacious accommodation and beautifully decorated en well-equipped. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay. Hope to return soon and perhaps to combine it with a workshop at Cecile's studio!

Exotic setting 20 minutes from Lille so perfect for us. Just lovely hosts and always responsive with a beautiful house and above all a lot of items available for all needs in case of forgetfulness. We'll definitely be back.

Apartment as described, nicely decorated, in a very quiet residence. Clear check-in instructions with a lockbox provided as we weren't sure of our check-in time. The balcony is very nice, the parking space too We had a lovely stay at Laurence's.

From the start of our communication, Fabrice proved to be a superhost, knowledgeable about his task and very professional. The directions for arrival, entry and other details were very precise and in accordance with the publication. The apartment is well maintained and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient to the Metro. Parking was on the street, but not all that difficult to find a spot. The property has been updated and was an excellent place to stay, all very clean and comfortable. If we were to go back with the same size group, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great stay after a fairly rigorous road trip and needed somewhere to unwind for a day or two. Philippe's place ticked all the boxes: quiet, clean, uncomplicated and easy to get into the old town on the metro, tickets and recommendations provided of course by the host. Excellent!

Beautiful attic flat, equipped with all amenities and very clean. A few minutes walk from the railway station, you can reach Bruges, Ghent and Brussels directly by train. Klaus is a great host, many thanks!

We had a lovely stay at this place. We had already rented another of the host's accommodation 2 years ago and the welcome is still pleasant, the neighborhood is quiet although located in the heart of old Lille, everything is within walking distance and the accommodation is very clean. I recommend it!

Very nice and well-equipped ground floor apartment. The location is ideal and parking is easily accessible. there are all the amenities nearby, restaurant, pharmacy and a very nice Monoprix. The welcome is warm. i highly recommend it

the location for us was ideal. Using train station for our European travel so being 2 min walk was brilliant. What we wanted to see and do was all within walking distance as well. And, if it wasn't, the metro was right asking the corner! The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the two of us. Yes, the stairs into the place are a good work out and steep but we were warned in the description so no issue. No good for someone with mobility issues but fine for us still fit in our mid sixties!

Bénédicte is a great host who hosted my parents very warmly (it was their very first Airbnb rental). The accommodation is very nice, spacious, well decorated and located next to an excellent bakery 😊 This is a recommendable 5* rental👌 Thanks again ✨

Dorothée is a friendly, uncomplicated and communicative host who responded very quickly to questions and described her apartment well. Great that she provided coffee and water and spices for us upon arrival. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, although we didn't have so much "fragrance"  (Fragrance bottles in the apartment, very intensely fragrant bed linen), which is a very personal attitude of ours, in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. And the highlight is the terrace - that's where the holiday feeling in the city comes in. The area is very quiet, but there are few opportunities to go out in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us, as we were in the city very quickly by bike. The lockable bicycle cellar and parking space are ideal. After an eventful day in Lille, it is very pleasant to come to this apartment. Thank you, Dorothee.

Charles was very welcoming and the descriptions for accessing his accommodation were extremely clear, impossible to get wrong! The place I rented was ultimately not available because of a broken boiler so Charles provided me with another equivalent or even larger place. I was very well placed for what I had to do in Marquette, it was great!

Very nice apartment, very quiet building, clean, easy to access, the parking space in the basement adds a big plus especially weather-wise and especially when you have a baby. I would recommned this property

The location of this property is perfect for exploring central Ypres. Once you are inside the gates you feel very safe and private. The property was well equipped and presented. Leilei was extremely helpful when I needed to get medical help and made the relevant phone calls which ensured I got speedy and appropriate treatment.

Pleasant accommodation, great location in a quiet area and also next to the tram, easy access to get to the city center of Lille. Dorothée and Mathieu were very responsive in the exchanges. I would recommend this place and its hosts.

Even if it doesn't look like much from the outside, this spacious duplex is very nice, clean and well-equipped. Modern and well-equipped kitchen: sink, stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machines with pods, etc. (+ basic products: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc. sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth). We particularly appreciated Steve's thoughtful touches upon arrival. Living room with sofa bed, TV and Freebox. Upstairs large bathroom with a very large shower (towels, shower foam, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron... available). Spacious bedroom with storage for clothes, overlooking a street but not noisy at night. Possibility of nearby parking (blue zone/free) On the other hand, beware of housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility or people with problems with stairs. Steve is very responsive and very clear in his explanations for an easy check-in.
