Condo vacation rentals in Helsinki

Lovely apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods! The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. It’s quiet, relaxing, and yet just blocks away from the best bars and restaurants. Pia was a wonderful and responsive host. I wouldn’t think twice before booking again!

Huoneisto on erittäin puhdas ja kodikas ja tarjoaa kaiken, jotta voit tuntea olosi mukavaksi. Todella kiva sisustus, rauhallinen scandinaavinen design, mukavat vuoteet, tilava olohuone, jossa on myös työpöytä, erinomainen tunnelma! Keittiössä on kaikenlaisia laadukkaita ruoanlaittovälineitä, astioita ja aterimia. Lyhyet matkat metroasemalle sekä bussipysäkille, kauppoja (kauppakeskus Lauttis mukaan lukien) ja useita leikkipuistoja sekä ihana Kasinonrannan uimaranta on lähellä asuntoa. Kethe on mahtava majoittaja, lämmin ja avulias, kommunikointi hänen kanssaan oli helppoa ja sujuvaa. Asuimme yli kuukauden Kethen huoneistossa ja suosittelemme lämpimästi majoittumista täällä uusille vieraille!

I totally recommend Salla’s place for a short stay in Helsinki — it’s super easy to get to by foot, metro, or tram.

Kaikki sujui hyvin, ainoastaan sähköauton latauksen hinta oli pettymys. Muuten kaikki majoituksessa sujui erinomaisesti ja vastasi kuvausta.

Majoitus oli hyvällä paikalla ja helppo löytää. Selkeät kuvalliset ohjeet saimme. Autoilijan näkökulmasta oli mukava, että oli ilmainen pysäköinti parkkihallissa. Ainoa miinus oli, että asunnossa oli käytetty vahvoja hajusteita siivouksessa(?), jonka takia astmani reagoi. Mutta asuntoa tuuletettaessa tuoksu hälveni. Kiitos majoituksesta! Voimme suositella muillekkin :)

Everything worked really well and I appreciated the clear instructions and the flexibility of Johanna. The place is cozy, easy to find, located in a peaceful area and has all you need for a short stay. I totally recommend it!

Mukava, tilava asunto, kaikki toimi, oli kuin kotona olisi ollut

Erittäin siisti ja toimiva asunto. Varustelutaso oli erinomainen ja asunto täysin puhdas. Oma, ilmainen parkkipaikka talon edessä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa hyvien ohjeiden ansiosta.

Viihtyisä, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Sijainti oli aivan mahtava, kaikki tarvittava lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ohjeet asunnon löytämiselle ja sisäänkirjautumiselle olivat selkeät ja muutenkin majoittajan kanssa viestintä oli helppoa. Suosittelen!

This is exactly what I needed a place to myself. That was clean and quiet and private had all the inevities. It's like someone just let me use their apartment. But I can just leave in a week. @TravelBySaints

Der Aufenthalt war super. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und die Lage gerade für Touristen sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit einwandfrei. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Apartment.

An exceptional Airbnb! Great location, super clean, kid-friendly, easiest possible check-in and out. The biggest plus was that while most of the shelves and surfaces were bare, every possible thing we needed was there as well! Sometimes, I’ve found Airbnbs lacking the basics (an extra extension cord, portable heater, more linens, things like that). But this place had it all and due to that, felt like a home away from home. It was so helpful to have everything at our fingertips as we were traveling with a young child as well.

A spacy, comfortable and well-equipped room in a large flat. Shared facilities and positive atmosphere. Minutes of walk to a mall and a travel hub (Helsinki area as well as long distance trains). The host is very nice and welcoming. Thank you very much, Endrit.

We staid at Saara’s apartment for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. From the first moment we arrived we felt right at home. The couch in living room is super comfy (I want it at my home :D) and the bed in the bedroom was a dream 👌🏻. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Althought the bathroom is ultra small, it provides everything that you need and is absolutely managable. It has heated floor which was a nice surprise. The apartment is in a quiet location, clean and in good viscinity to the city center. Definitely reccommend staying here. Thank you for having us 💫

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

I had a wonderful week in Helsinki. Antonio's flat is great - clean, minimalist, cosy. I received a very warm welcome and we had great conversations. The location of the flat is also perfect: the neighbourhood is exciting and you can explore a lot... you can walk into the city or take the tram. I would come back anytime :)

Great month spent in this shared accommodation! Endrit is responsive, friendly and does everything to make you feel at home The apartment has many advantages: Proximity to the largest station and shopping center in Helsinki (maybe even in Finland), The apartment has a private sauna but you also have access to the top floor (by reservation) of a larger sauna, gym, smoking balcony and a 12.5m heated indoor pool Just incredible, I will not hesitate to book this accommodation again !
