This was the second time we were in this apartment. Wonderful place, easily accessible. Glad we could get to the apartment earlier. Convenient that the supermarket is nearby and the tram. Katajanokka is a beautiful piece of Helsinki. In no time you will be in the inner city, right by its several restaurants. The best one is Wellamo. I'd love to come back🥰.

We found this house perfect for a "workation", as we enjoyed the beautiful lake and the garden, as well as the living room for working from our laptops. There's an amazing amount of natural light, the house has warm colors, and nice plants. We recommend trying the boat, it's very fun.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Helsinki; look no further, for us, this apartment was in the perfect location, close to the spa, the boat to the islands, great restaurants and just a short walk to the station. The sauna in this apartment was the best we had all trip, spacious and easy to use. Paul has also been the most phenomenal host, clear instructions, great communication, and was flexible when our flight ended up cancelling. If you’re looking for something safe, clean and fabbo location, this is the one!

Matti was very responsive, flexible and accommodating. Left clear instructions from how to get the key to everything else you’ll need. Made my first time stay in Finland a very nice one. When I come back I’ll be checking in again for sure.

This apartment is in a GREAT location. The walk to the train station is easy and close. Close to the HAM Museum, 1 block. Close to Kampii shopping center, 3 blocks, that has everything you need. The apartment is unbelievablely quiet. The place is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We would strongly recommend staying here, you willnot be disappointed. Enjoy.

I’m a traveler from south Korea. I was very impressed by how much thought the host put into preparing the space for guests. The sauna in the apartment was also a great experience. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Helsinki.

Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

nice cozy cabin next to a lake, a short drive from Helsinki. My friend and I were in Finland for a long weekend after attending a concert and we did enjoy our stay as it was exactly what we were looking for to chill out a bit in the forest. Place was tidy, bed very comfortable and the living room spacious and perfect for relaxing at night.

Nice home, good balcony and sauna make it special. It was comfortable for our stay and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The parking makes it super convenient too. Only issue for us was that there was only one key. For a couple staying that makes it a bit tricky in terms of logistics.

We stayed for a week in Matti’s beautiful apartment. It is large and bright and had everything that we could possibly need for the week as well as being spotlessly clean. It was a lovely place to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. It is in a lovely quiet area but is only 3 minutes on the Metro from the city centre. The Metro is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and there is also a 24 hour supermarket close by which is very handy. It really was the perfect apartment for our stay in Helsinki.

We had a great time at Annu’s place. It’s such a lovely accommodation with everything needed. Annu was always available via text and the short meeting with her was nice and warmly. The accommodation is in a nice area with good connection to the city and public transport. The flat was cleaned and comfy and we felt like home :)

Edward's place is just as described with views that do not disappoint!! the checkin was amazing, very harry potter-ish! All amenities including double shower, washer, dryer, and sauna were wonderful to have access right in the apartment. I would not hesitate to book again!

This apartment was exactly what we needed and where we needed it to get the most out of our trip to Helsinki. The apartment was clean, well appointed and the sauna was a huge plus! The location made it easy for us to do everything we wanted to do and in walking distance to just about everything. I found the price to be good value too. Kaisa was responsive, friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment for all the above reasons. An easy 5 stars from us.

Overall, I highly recommend it. Most importantly, Pavel, the host, knew what travelers needed and prepared carefully. Location: Pavel's house is located in a residential area a little far from the city center. It seemed to be a new city area with many newly built apartments. It looked like it was far from the center of Helsinki on the map, but it didn't feel far because it took about 15 minutes by tram from Helsinki Station. If you're planning to visit Aalto University to explore Alvar Aalto's architecture, the location of this property would be perfect. Communication: Pavel is a proactive communicator. He answered any questions within 10 minutes and also recommended nearby amenities and grocery stores. There was no difficulty with self check-in. Building: The house was spacious and clean, so it was nice to stay. It was good for a family to use with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet. It was a structure of entrance-shower room/toilet-guest room-kitchen-living room-2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, so it was easy to cook, and I was able to use the fridge, basic oil, salt, etc., and it was nice that they even provided coffee! (There was a coffee machine and a moka pot) Nearby amenities: Ridl is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not a small mart, but it wasn't diverse enough to buy gifts and souvenirs. It's good to take a walk and go.

This flat is located in an emerging residential area so lots of landscaping going on and it’s a great place to be based with two trams very close by and 15 minutes into city. We were there at the end of winter and it would be lovely here in the summer. Flat as described and very well equipped- we enjoyed the sauna. The environment was quiet and the flat warm inside.

We stayed for 5 weeks in the house, and at all times we felt at home, the bathroom is very large, there is a lot of space and the sauna gives it a lot of play. The kitchen is spacious and has all kinds of tools you want to use. The rooms both very well organized and that both had a small walk-in closet made the order so much easier.

Super great deal. The place was amazingly beautiful and clean. The host also provided some food material and complete appliances to cook with. It's only 4 mins by walking to the bus stop we needed to take to the city centre. A totally recommended place to stay in Helsinki!

I enjoyed staying at Seija’s apartment so so much. Her instructions were clear, I had no problem at all from the airport to her apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, it just looks exactly as the pictures shown and the description mentioned. Tram #1 and tram #6 with stops very close to the apartment. It’s easy to get to the city center! She was also responsive. Furthermore, the private sauna is a bonus, I enjoyed it a lot. I felt refreshed after the sauna every day. I will definitely choose Seija’s apartment again if I visit Helsinki! Thanks Seija! :)
