The sub penthouse is absolutely stunning. The view extends to the whole Gold Coast Skyline and the Ocean. Every morning you have a full view of the sunrise and the view is simply amazing. The unit is clean, it has all the amenities you require and the location is within easy walking distance to all restaurants, beach, and there is a supermarket directly at the base of the elevator to the building. The host Peter is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit was absolutely stunning and a photographers dream. It was a delight to wake up seeing the sunrise over the ocean each morning.

Celebrated my sister's Hens weekend on the Gold Coast over the weekend and stayed at Lisa's beautiful airBnB. There were 5 of us ladies and the unit was perfect for all of us with plenty of space and room to move about. Super clean, everything is exactly as it shows/says. Cafes & restaurants within walking distance and the tram stop 5min walk down the road. Ideal location. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Shout out to Carly for showing us girls around and making sure we were feeling settled! Highly recommend this unit! ♡♡

This apartment is on the 27th Floor with a free car park. The view is stunning during the day and night. Inside the apartment is spotless clean. We only stayed 2 nights on the weekend and would love to stay longer next time. We definitely will be back and strongly recommend to others. Cheers. 😍

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

Great location, with a lovely outlook over the water and an easy walk to Broadbeach. The property has a large, fully fenced yard for the dogs and there are lots of places to take the dogs for a walk. Brad was a responsive host and great to deal with and we would come back again.

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Freddie's, and made to feel at home right away - Estelle is a wonderful host, excellent communication, friendly and thoughtful, checking in with us throughout the stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the beachside walking path which we'd walk down to Broadbeach, and being able to see the ocean from the balcony/breakfast bar was a real bonus (we did a lot of sitting at the breakfast bar, it's a fantastic touch). The apartment is tastefully renovated and furnished, with a comfortable bed and living area to relax into. It was very handy having a car space and we mostly walked anywhere we needed to get to locally, only driving when we were going further afield. We also got to enjoy and appreciate Surfers Paradise as more than a tourist location, but a residential neighbourhood, to feel like a home away from home for a week. Thank you so much Estelle for being such a fantastic host and for a lovely stay!

Thank you Dawn for yet another awesome holiday experience! Coming from the Netherlands this was our 3rd time, for 6 weeks here and we will keep coming back. Dawn is the perfect host, dog lover and we thoroughly enjoyed her friendly company! Everything was very clean and fresh. The location is perfect, with a lot of beautiful birds around. Grocery shopping is a 5 minute drive away to Woolworths and ALDI. Again thank you so much Dawn, cheers Lyn and Bert.

We had a lovely peaceful weekend at Sue’s! The house was a beautiful old farm house, with ample spots to sit and take in the amazing views. We loved the indoor fireplace! The dogs loved the place and the fenced yard was perfect for them to get out their energy! A wonderful country stay, we’ll definitely go back!

Gina’s place was spotless and well presented on arrival. Some lovely home touches and beautiful comfortable furnishings. We loved the outlook to the pool. This is great if you have kids that can swim as you can let them be free in the pool while you can keep an eye on them from the balcony and enjoy some peace . We would recommend Gina’s place .

Great location, super responsive and accomodating host and lovely place. Was a rare find. Conveniently located 10 min walk to surfers or 1 min to tram. Was super quiet. The black out blinds were excellent. Had all the amenities you would need. I do agree with others- the sofa bed is really only suitable for kids now. But the additional sofa was super comfy!

This studio was a gorgeous place for a stay for 2. The place felt professionally set up and Heidi left many personal touches that made the place feel homey. Everything you could need was there. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights, whilst visiting the Gold Coast. Perfect location for visiting all the local attractions. It’s very quiet & peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and Karen provided some breakfast items, which was very much appreciated. Also lots of good local recommendations, which was very helpful for us.

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!

Anne’s place is beautiful. It has everything we need plus more. There is no detail that has been missed. We had so much room, a lot of hanging space for clothes. A separate kitchen!! AND a pool. Definitely worth the money and we’ll definitely be back 🥰

It was a great stay. There were three families in total (including kids), and the rooms were tidy and spacious. The chocolates on the beds were a lovely touch—the kids especially enjoyed them. The swimming pool was a lot of fun. Although we didn’t have much time to relax in the house because we were busy exploring the Gold Coast and visiting the theme parks, it still felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely return to the Gold Coast someday because we truly enjoyed our holiday and our stay at Debbie-Lyn’s home in Thornlands.

The host was very helpful, hospitable and very friendly. As I said prior I would grade her with AAA ++
