Nan was an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and flexible with our check-out time, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and only a 4–5 minute walk from the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, exactly what we were looking for. Great location and a smooth stay overall. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable place and unbelievable location! The hosts have thought of every detail. From board games to the coolcabana we forgot to pack. Super comfy beds too! Couldn't ask for more!

I’ve stayed in many airbnb’s however this place is by far my favourite. From the word go Sophia was in communication with me letting me know how to get in along with access, amenities etc. the facilities were amazing with washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, body wash with decent quantities and instructions for everything. Can’t wait to return and hope to be back soon. Simply the best!!

We found the Luxe apartment suited us perfectly. It was clean, had all we needed, and Vanessa was great to deal with. We found plenty of food options nearby - and we could walk to People’s First Stadium (as we came over for a sporting event).

Emiliano was a great and communicative Host. We enjoyed being so close to the Broadwater but it was also quiet and peaceful. The Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The Pool and Spa were an extra Bonus as well as the secure Parking. Thanks so much for a great stay! Cheers, Kim

Thanks for a fabulous short stay. We really enjoyed staying at your place and it was super handy to family living down the road. Close to a couple of local cafes and restaurants. The view over the beach down to Surfers was amazing. All in all highly recommended

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

We stayed for one night at Esther’s before a surgery admission nearby the next morning. The place was really comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. Close to restaurants and very nice view looking out to the ocean. We really enjoyed the space, thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend away and staying at Glens unique home was a great plus. Glen was very friendly and welcoming and gave us good information on where to visit. The property was a real treat with Balinese theme running throughout, very unique and beautiful. Loved comfortable bed, cleanliness and decor of home. Great location situated beside beach with lots of attractions near by I highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Fantastic family friendly stay! The property is so beautifully styled. Can not beat that beautiful rooftop either. The hosts were very easy to contact and quick to rectify any concerns. Beautiful little touches like coffee pods, tea, chips and milk when you arrive. Can not recommend it enough!

Mandy’s place was great for us. The location was convenient. Very close to a major shopping precinct and lots of dining out options. The apartment was very suitable for a couple, it had a full size kitchen despite us only needing breakfasts. Mandy kindly left fresh milk, fruit and chocolate biscuits for our arrival. The bedroom was a loft with a steep ladder like stairs, but Mandy made sure we read her information carefully regarding how to manage the stairs safely. It was a lovely quiet neighbourhood and had off road parking for our hire car. It was 30 mins from the Gold Coast airport and very close to the M1 and Gold Coast Highway which suited us for this particular visit.

Exceptional view and location. Apartment is modern and clean and spacious with fabulous facilities available for guests including spa, sauna and pool. We have stayed in this building before on a previous holiday and loved it so much we had to come back.

Great little unit, great location, easy access to beach, perfect location to catch tram either direction. Several close by coffee spots and "locals". Previous reviews of noise and earplugs provided but didn't need them. My only negative was single beds suitable for small children not taller. Would definitely stay again as previously stated, great little unit. Vadim provided excellent communication throughout the whole experience. 5*****

Staying here was so perfect, the views are so scenic and it’s really close to the tram and sky point which I definitely recommend! The place is so spacious and it’s spotless. All the amenities that you could need Tracey was so responsive and so helpful the reception staff are lovely. I could not recommend this place more if you’re staying in surface the desk was an added bonus and the space is really beautiful!

The apartment gets ample sunlight, we went in june so it was nice to get sun in the morning Tram stop is about 5 mins walk and so is easy to travel by public transport even late at night. The apartment was well kept and clean. We had asked for an extra mattress for the kid, which was provided with sheets

Our experience at Caroline's luxurious apartment was incredibly memorable. Caroline responded within minutes, with any queries we had.

Shanae was a fantastic host. She was extremely helpful and met us at her place and showed us around. Her place was lovely and clean and very spacious. It was very well equipped with everything you need. The location is great. Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, public transport and the beach. The apartment complex had lots to do as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was exactly as described with both ocean and city views. The kitchen was full equipped with complimentary coffee and tea. The room was a good size for either singles or couples. There was access to the facilities within the hotel and is in walking distance to Cavill Avenue and the beach.

We loved our stay here and wished we had a longer stay. Kathy’s place is exactly like the pictures. It’s spacious and has so many little things that we needed , from cutlery to sauces to cable ties!! It’s so well furnished and comfortable. And the best view of the river or waterway, boats going up and down, and beautiful surroundings. Kathy is so responsive and helpful. The Northcliff tram stop is right in front of the apartment compound. Very convenient location.
