This top modern, stylish and newly furnished accommodation in the heart of Rheinhessen was completely renovated and refurbished by June 2024 and is now available for our guests. Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. Located close to the Rhine, in the middle of the nature reserve, the property offers a comfortable starting point for many activities and those seeking relaxation.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Relax in this peaceful place. You can explore the Rhine Main area, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mannheim in 30 minutes. Explore the mountain road and the Kühkopf area, in the footsteps of old treasures. Cycling tours are very popular here, the proximity to the Rhine and the proximity to the lake invite you to unwind. Nearby, you will find the Bergstraße with its castles and castles. Shopping and a train station are very close by.
