We absolutely loved this home. The decor and aesthetic are amazing and we felt like we were in a locals home that had lovely design and everything we needed. Beautiful setting around the house, and we just loved our stay here!

Absolutely beautiful place on a horse farm. Stunning views all around, especially of Westman Islands. If you are planning on taking ferry to Westman, it is a short drive to the pier. It is quiet and peaceful, and the sweetest dog greeted us every morning when we woke up.

Our group of 5 stayed at Tomas' place for 2 nights. It is a very pretty farm house in a great location between the must see waterfalls of Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss. The house is very big and has a washer and dryer which was nice as many rentals do not have a dryer. The house was very clean and had all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Emma and Oskar’s place. The location was serene and breathtaking. Beautiful views of the water and wildlife. The home was extremely cozy, tasteful, and had everything we could ask for. The deck had gorgeous views, a wonderful hot tub, the water was always hot, the beds were comfortable and the entire place had a cozy feel. Hosts gave very clear check in instructions which made it a breeze. The home is close to everything you need. We had an amazing time and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Todella hieno ja rauhallinen paikka, tilan hevoset upeita ja muut maatilan eläimet sekä koirat ihastuttavia. Mahdollisuus ratsastusvaellukseen oli syy miksi valitsimme tämän paikan, mutta voisin hyvin majoittua täällä myös muutenkin. Mökki oli hieno, kodikas ja hyvin varusteltu ja meidät otettiin hyvin lämpimästi vastaan. Mökin keittiöstä oli ihana katsella laiduntavia hevosia. Harmittaa että yövyimme vain yhden yön, olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Voin suositella lämpimästi tätä paikkaa.

Great stay, highly recommend!

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

Perfect accommodation, peaceful surroundings, close to the town of Selfoss where you can find everything you need. The location is a great starting point for trips around the area, and the accommodation was just like in the photos and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing place. We sat in the hottub at night with - 10 degrees while it was pitch black. A moment we will never forget. The place looked even better than on the pictures. We cooked at the place two nights, the oven is amazing and all the equipment is there. Linda responded very quick and was very nice. Thank you Linda!!

We stayed for three nights and found the place to be very comfortable for two people for that length of stay. Very efficiently designed unit and a fully stocked kitchen for four people. It's in a great central spot for exploring the Golden Circle and the South Coast. The farm is very convenient for the ring road. The building is a duplex and we never heard the other renters in the space next door at all, so it seems to be well insulated for sound. We really enjoyed watching the horses on the farm and all the birds that flew in to the small river next to the rental. The farm cat will insist on saying hello every day, adorable!

Todo estuvo muy bien, con todo lo necesario. La zona es alejada de la vía principal, rodeada de granjas con caballos, una iglesia y un cementerio. Desde el estacionamiento, logramos ver la mejor aurora que vimos en Islandia.

Nice place, perfect view of the ocean. The host is very helpful and easy to talk to. There is everything one may need in the apartment.

We had a great visit, and we loved this Airbnb! It was conveniently located, and it had plenty of space for our family of five! We would most definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay and the host was friendly and gave us few suggestions to visit around Iceland 🇮🇸. There is stream next to the property makes it gorgeous and plenty of horses enroute to this property. It's remote and there isn't any restaurants ir groceries near to it. Selfoss is the best town for you together your grocery and supplies. Electric hob and has got juts two burners and took ages to cook. There wasn't any ice tray but the host was kind enough to share us some ice cubes late night.. Overall its a nice play to stay if you can drive in a bit and enjoy nice walks around the property

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was amazing, with more tools and utensils than we could ever use. It is about a 10 minute walk to the New Old Selfoss area, where most of the shopping that we used is located. Sindri was responsive to our requests and accommodating to our needs.

Wer ein ruhiges und schönes Plätzchen sucht ist hier genau richtig! Schön hergerichtet, die Küche gut bestückt, ein herrliches Bett und grosses, sauberes Badezimmer! Wenn wir wiederkommen, kehren wir sicher wieder in Raudafell ein!

What a fantastic home and in a perfect location to so many sites. Haraldur was lovely. He was so nice and funny as well as extremely accommodating and informative! For day trips we did most of the stops on the way to Vik and did the hike from Stong to Haifoss waterfall. We got great weather. If you get a chance eat at Hotel Rangá. The food was delicious. Great trip overall. Thanks Haraldur for being such a great host!!

WOW! what an amazing place to stay!!!! I have endless things to say about our experience here. the views and surroundings were immaculate. so peaceful and such a wonderful way to wake up in the mornings. everything was so clean and the rooms / beds were so comfortable. the bonus was the little spa area, the facilities were so clean and amazing. plenty of room to change, bathroom, showers, sauna. and the outdoor waterfall hot tubs were perfect temperature while it was cold outside. I would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at Margret's! The location was perfect for all the things we had planned for our time there. Also Margret was proactive and checked in on us when the Icelandic weather was moving in. We appreciated her concern and advice! We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay! Cozy apartment and plenty of space!

This cozy apartment is well situated and very clean. Perfect place to stay to do nearby activities and a good place to stop when driving the ring road. Close to grocery store, restaurant and gas station, everything you need!

The location was secluded and peaceful, but still near a town. We were expecting to also have the balcony as shown in the images but as the studio is only on the ground floor that wasn’t the case but we didn’t mind as the view was still great. The space is clean and uncluttered. We could see the “sunset” and the “sunrise” from our studio. Would love to stay here again!
