My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Wir wurden von Loraine sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sofort mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt und alles erklärt und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche, einem hellen großen Schlafzimmer und einem großen Bad. Alles super sauber! Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn kommt man überall schnell hin. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Wien. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Loraine ❤️

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem netten Appartement. Die Terrasse und der Blick in den Garten ist wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben, der Check-In sehr einfach, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin perfekt, die Wohnung und das Bad sehr sauber. Die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn Nr 40 ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem der optimale Standort für einen Aufenthalt in Wien. Das Café Ecke Erndtgasse ist sehr zu empfehlen - allerdings kostet die Qualität ihren Preis. In der Pizzeria Monte Rosa haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

This perfectly equipped studio flat has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Shops, amenities and tram stops are all within easy walking distance. Travel time to the centre of Vienna is about 15 minutes. The flat itself is impeccably clean and well equipped. On the first floor of a characteristic building and welcomingly quiet. Morgane was on hand to promptly answer my queries and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte, geräumige Unterkunft in nettem Wohnviertel. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Super Anbindung. Zu dritt hatten wir viel Platz, ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank für ein tolles Wohnen im schönen Wien!

Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gioia. Uns hat nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Highlight ist die tolle Dachterasse.❤️ Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Für uns war es so perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Nadine

L'alloggio si trova sul tetto del palazzo, è molto carino e spazioso, ha un angolo pranzo con un divanetto che gira intorno al tavolo. Il letto è comodo, la cucina ha fornelli a induzione, acqua che scorre fresca, e tutto l'occorrente per lavare e asciugare i vestiti in autonomia. L'appartamento è veramente di fronte alla stazione, ogni mattina andavamo e tornavamo comodamente dal centro in 20 minuti. Karl è molto gentile

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Sehr gut angebunden und trotzdem total ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher mit einer Teeauswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dominik is an amazing host. My highlight was Dominik’s kind gesture at offering me an early check in based on availability. Communication was proactive before and on the day of my arrival. The keys were personally handed as soon as I arrived. Instructions upon arrival were brief and clear. Dominik was kind enough to also suggest good restaurants around the neighborhood. The amenities were so good that I didn’t have a reason to bother Dominik all through my four night stay. I’m definitely looking out for this apartment the next time I visit Vienna. Cheers 🥂

Geweldig appartement vlakbij metro U1. In 15 min in het centrum. Appartement was netjes en goed geïsoleerd qua geluid. Erg leuke eettentjes vlakbij aan het water. Verder prima parkeergarage erbij. Het was top!

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Vienne. L’appartement est spacieux, et remarquablement calme pour un logement en Ville. On s’y est senti comme à la maison !

The place was very pretty and clean, not to mention very spacious!! It was a short walk away from the underground. Micheal was very nice and reactive via airbnb text, even if we did not need anything during our stay. Overall, a lovely stay that I would advise to anyone. I know for sure that I would book again in the future.

daire trafik ve insan gürültüsünden uzak sessiz ve sakin bir semtte yer almakta. 300 m uzaklıktaki metro istasyonundan havaalanına direkt tren olması büyük avantaj. 2 yakın metro istasyonundan da merkeze rahatlıkla gidip gelinebiliyor. dairenin iç dizaynı oldukça işlevsel ve 2-3 kişinin konaklaması için yeterli. Sabine sorunuz olur ise çok kısa sürede yanıt veriyor. Bizim için güzel bir 5 günlük konaklama oldu. Bu bölgede konaklama düşünenler için tavsiye edebilirim

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

This apartment was a joy to stay in, and Sara was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
