"Home on Private Lake- Perfect for Families

Nestled in the woods overlooking a private lake this quiet home has a huge yard, lake access with paddle boat and a great back porch with a view of the lake. This place was awesome. Great hillside view of overlooking Flathead Lake. Jim was always quick to respond. Perfect for our family and a set of grandparents. Kids in the adorable room upstairs, grandparents on main floor and parents in the basement with a room to spare! Would recommend to anyone visiting northwest Montana!

Deer Ridge was a wonderful place for our family to stay for our visit to Lakeside. The house was spacious and accommodating. We loved to watch the deer and turkeys in the yard, go to the lake for sunrise and walk to the little stores close by. Would definitely come here again if we needed a place to stay in the area!

We enjoyed our short stay in cabin 301E! It was adorable, had everything we needed, and even had peek-a-boo views of Flathead Lake. It was a great choice for us as a couple, but would also be an excellent option for a family reunion, as the cabins are spaced out but close enough to walk between. We will definitely recommend these cabins to our friends and family.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was everything we hoped for – immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location is so peaceful, and the scenery around the resort is simply breathtaking. It’s one of those places where you find yourself constantly in awe of nature. There were so many aspects we loved that it’s hard to narrow them down – from the serene environment to the thoughtful touches in the cabin, every detail was perfect. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or just enjoying the tranquility of the area. If you’ll have us, we would love to return for another stay. Truly a memorable experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Spacious Escape where Fun Meets Luxury Relaxation

This home was perfect for our group of 5 retired adults. It is spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. Four bathrooms and four bedrooms meant everyone had a private space. The kitchen is well stocked and the owner, Aja, provided coffee pods for the Keurig and also ground coffee for the provided drip coffee maker. That was a touch we all appreciated. She also left some miscellaneous snacks, chips, chocolates, candy. The location, near BigFork, was ideal for exploring this part of Montana. Super easy drive to Glacier Park and Whitefish. Also, the house is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts. Of particular interest is the many fishing opportunities that the area’s lake and rivers provide. The owner, Aja, was a great communicator and always responsive. Our group travels together a lot, and this house stood out as one of the best we’ve experienced.

When we first walked in, the view from the living room window was overwhelming. When we were finally able to tear our eyes off the view, and look around at the interior surroundings, we were amazed. All amenities and then some, were provided. Both outside covered decks, one with the heater and chairs allowed for cozy conversation during a rainstorm, and the one for al fresco dining under the watchful eye of Mr. Tinman and twinkly lights were definitely plus factors. Every luxury we could think of was provided, and the close proximity to GNP was marvelous. I spent most of my time just gazing at beautiful Flathead Lake, and I'm only sorry we were able to enjoy just 2 sunsets here. There were plenty of outside seating arrangements to enjoy the views including the deer resting on the front lawn. I would definitely recommend this home for as long a stay as possible.

Blacktail Cabin Hideaway with hot tub!

This was one of the best vacation rental homes I’ve ever stayed at. My family, including two young children and our dog, had everything we needed to feel at home. The property is so clean, peaceful, and beautiful. We are so grateful to the owners for sharing the lovely space and it was exactly what we needed to escape and unwind. I highly recommend for families wishing to have a private space very near to all that Flathead has to offer.

I have stayed at Cheryl’s 3 times and at two separate places. Both places have absolutely incredible views of Flathead Lake. They are incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet and have ALL of the amenities of home. I was so impressed. Cheryl and Diane were quick and available to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. I love my stays! Thank you so much for everything!!!!
